Amadeus 7

Loved it. The lighting in the bedroom was terrible, it needs actual curtains and the LED build in the lamp as doing its best haunted house impression. Also if they mounted the TV on the wall with a $10 mount it would make the room was easier to walk around. However, thats my only real complaint. One of the smoke detectors was missing, but there was another one close by so not a huge deal.
It could really use a fresh coat of paint and some fresh furniture, but the location and amenities were great for the price.

Just a short walk to the beach, a Publix market, and Ricky Ts (live music daily). The condo interior is dated but we were there for the beach and felt it provided all of the necessities we needed.

Very large space with a nice balcony and water view. The beach, Publix, and plenty of restaurants/bars within talking distance. Will definitely stay here again!

die Unterkunft ist toll, die Wohnung ist groß und man läuft 5 min. zum Strand, daher absolut zu empfehlen! Restaurants und ein Publix direkt um die Ecke, daher wirklich volle Punktzahl! wenn der Besitzer dieser Wohnung mal etwas Geld in die alten Möbel investieren würde und eine „Grundreinigung“ veranlassen würde, wäre diese Wohnung sicher immer ausgebucht. Der Waschtisch im großen Bad war kaputt und hatte auch kaum Wasserdruck.

The bed was very nice and comfortable. We really liked that we could walk to several restaurants/bars as well as a grocery store and drugstore. Ha ing two bathrooms is a plus. The condo is not extravagant but fits the basic needs. We will stay at Amadeus again if in the area.

We enjoyed the apartment, it is close walking to the beach that part we liked the most. The supermarket is next to the apartment. The pool is small but comfortable and with a very nice view. The neighborhood is very safe we ??walked to restaurants at night with no problem. Very good communication and details for check-in. We would return again.

The condo is very clean, with plenty of space for 2 to 3 people. King size bed in bedroom and pull out in couch. One call to Janet at Resort Rentals & we had new TV's 2 days later. The negative about this building is NO elevator! One wonders why they would build a building that has mainly seniors that stay there without an elevator. The only other thing is that unit 7 could use a new mattress. Overall nice condo & Great location.

It's also on a side street off of the main roads so the noise level was low but still within easy walking distance of stores, restaurants and beach. The condo was clean and had a ton of room for just the 2 of us. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week from 1/24-1/31 albeit a bit cooler than we had hoped. We chose this location for it's proximity to the beach, the Pearl, Publix, and a pool. One of it's best features was the view, not really obstructed as we could sit on the balcony and see the IC. The unit was more spacious than we expected and having two BRs was a real plus for us.
Negatives for us was the lack of sufficient kitchen items. For example-no spatula, very minimal glasses, and the general dated nature of many items. In our opinion an expenditure for some general clean-up and updates would support a higher price point.
