Wohnung war sehr schön. Matratzen und Betten waren sehr schlecht. Wohnzimmergarnitur schlecht. Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien schlecht.

This is a very nice unit. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all nice and well equipped. It also has a nice dining table. We loved the view of the bay from the spacious decks and saw dolphins on many occasions. Nice private swimming pool as well and great parking under the building. There is a word of caution about this unit. It is on the top floor of a two-story building so there are 2 sets of stairs to get to the unit from the parking area. If you are older or have any issues navigating stairs you should probably look elsewhere. There were a couple of minor issues when we checked in but they were immediately taken care of even though it was the day after a tropical storm. That said, we love the Treasure Island area and this was our second visit to the area. Publix is about a block away from this unit and the beach is about 3 blocks away. There’s a variety of very good restaurants nearby. It always feels safe here day or night

That is great you liked the private swimming pool and parking under building. Yes, the property has stairs to navigate. Pleased Resort Rentals was quick to take care of any minor issue. That is great you like the convenience of grocery in walking distance and the beach a block away. We hope you relaxed and we look forward to your next stay.

Great view and location is awesome. Walking distance (a few blocks) to Publix, beach and some great restaurants. The view from the balcony is beautiful, saw dolphins and some amazing lightening storms. Parking is covered, which is nice. Our unit was up 2 flights of stairs, and there is not an elevator which may be challenging for some people. I would recommend and would stay again when in the area.

This stay was perfect for our week in Treasure Island. It’s in a super convenient location, within walking distance to groceries, bars, restaurants, and the beautiful beach. The back deck and heated pool is great for laying out and enjoying a sunny day. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The place was bright. Not newly renovated. It was a little bit older. Ample space. Nice deck and the dock was nice. Pool was clean. We saw lots of dolphins and caught a lot of fish.

The condo was clean and had the amenities that you would expect - although there was no hair dryer as advertised which only matters if you have hair that really needs a hair dryer. There is some wear in the unit but nothing that affected our stay.

The property is well maintained and beautiful. The view from our balcony was gorgeous- dolphins swimming by, birds diving for fish, stunning sunrises and beautiful stars reflected in the water. Great location as there is a grocery store, Walgreens and many stores and restaurants within walking distance. There is spark right across the street from the property that house a flea market complete with life music on Fridays. The other people staying were so friendly and it was always enjoyable to visit with them around the swimming pool at the property. We definitely hope to come back!

The space was everything we could have asked for. Walking distance to the beach which wasn’t overly populated compared to other areas such as Clearwater beach. We spent every evening watching the sunset and dining at local restaurants that were either a short walk or uber ride away. From the balcony of our room we saw some friendly neighborhood pelicans, storks, herons and dolphins! Rumor has it there are manatees in the area as well. Highly recommend this space!

I could not stop looking at that amazing view! I took some great naps there. A great vacation spot, very private and a great place to have your morning cup of coffee. Would recommend to others.
