It was good. Cold and had trouble keeping condo warm. Front screen door needs fixed and sofa is very worn and uncomfortable.

i loved this this property was comfortable & very home-y i didn’t like that there were not adequate cleaning products available to keep the place tidy for the length of my stay.

We had an amazing time here. We are a family of 5 but our children are 5, 5, and 4 so we plenty of room for us. A family of 5 or 6 with older children might feel a little cramped but still doable. A 5 minute walk to the beach and a 1 minute walk down to the pool. We had a great time and will definitely check here next time we are in the area. A map on where to find the laundry/gym would be nice considering we never found it. We weren't concerned enough to ask considering the ages of our kids but others might want to know without having to ask. We did play pickleball which is one of our favorites at home, pickleball in Florida is HOT though! Parking was great, directly underneath the unit, close to stairs and elevator, and it was covered. Didn't have to worry about someone taking your spot since they are marked by unit.

Very clean, pool was great - was able to get a chair everyday not crowded, and use of the grill came in handy for dinner. Great location. Close to everything N/a

WARNING!! This is going to be a long review. I must give these people the proper acknowledgment. This was my family’s very first time in Florida. This was also our first time using Booking.com. I myself am a hospitality veteran of 20 years! So I know what it feels like to be on the other end and welcoming the families to vacation. This place was purely amazing!! Where to start? Well first of all, this was a last minute booking and a spontaneous vacation (always the best...hehe). When I booked it, I browsed very little and seen that this place looked decent enough from the pictures, had the beds we needed for us, and was close to the beach. These were our expectations. Man oh man!! This place most definitely exceeded our expectations to the fullest. Very nice! Quiet area, has beautiful tennis courts out of our front door (which also includes a screen door). We loved the easy access to the beach, which is literally right across the street. Outside of our balcony on the back of the building, had great views of a bay, boats galore! All day, every day we would watch boats go by, from paddle boats to yachts. We got the great opportunity to see a dolphin outside of the balcony. The place was super clean. They also thought of every possible thing you might need on vacation. Bottle opener, umbrella for the beach, sand bucket, gazebo shade thing for the beach, wagon to pull your beach stuff across the street, 3 beach chairs, dishwasher cleaning soap, every type of knife, fork and utensil you could think of, 3 different floats for the pool, board games for rainy days, books to read at the pool / beach, coasters for your drinks, and so many more great things they provided so that you won’t have to worry or be concerned with those things while you’re trying to unwind and relax. The amenities here are awesome! More of this review on Google reviews. Too many characters for Booking.com They exceeded our expectations! EVERYTHING was wonderful.

Location was so convenient to everything! Loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the dolphins and boats. Condo was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again! Storm door did not have hardware to keep it from being blown open by the wind.

Resort: The resort was a nice place to stay. It is an older resort that seems to be in the slow process of updating. The tennis and pickle ball courts were recently updated and my sons (15, 12, 9) really enjoyed playing pickle ball and tennis in the mornings. The pool and patio area were recently updated as well but it was unfinished. While we were there, the pool heater was broken and the hot tub was consistently dirty. The pool is on the east side of the building and is fully shaded by 4pm. The resort did not have grills out as noted in the condo description because of the patio construction which was a bummer as we had planned to grill for a number of dinners and hang outside for the afternoons. The elevators are extremely old and slow. We were on the 2nd floor so it was no big deal to take the stairs but may have been an annoyance had we been on a higher level. The resort is peaceful and quiet. Definitely a retirement feel. Location: The walk from the resort to beach access is extremely close and just as advertised. We never had a problem finding a space on the beach and watching the sunsets was really nice. I thought more restaurants and shops were within walking distance to the resort but it is minimal. Having a vehicle or utilizing the bus/trolley is your best bet for more dining and ice cream choices. Adults only would likely be happy with the walkable coffee shop, bars, and restaurant option. Indian Shores is a beautiful, sleepy community. We all really enjoyed Smuggler's Cove mini golf which almost feels like it's on the resort as it is so close. Unfortunately, the alligator feeding was subpar at Smuggler's Cove. If you want to have a more open and active alligator feeding experience, take the trip to Congo River Mini Golf. Condo: The condo was nicely decorated and cute. It fit our family of 5 very well. I would say the condo feels worn with dings and dents on the walls, the toliet top had a large spider crack, the front storm door didn't swing closed, and it seemed like an older condo trying to feel "fresh". None of this bothered us or affected our stay but I mention it to prepare future guests. The kitchen was FULLY stocked which was amazing! The condo had a wagon, tennis & pickle ball rackets/balls, a couple beach chairs, some sand toys, and a roll-a-way bed for guests to use. This was awesome! I wish these benefits would have been advertised in the listing as we would have brought way less stuff. The beds were comfortable with a 4-5 inch mattress topper added. The negative is the sheets are not deep enough to accommodate the topper and pull up on the corners. The condo was clean enough, although don't move anything/look for missing items under furniture or you will see layers of dust. A deep clean would be fantastic. We had beautiful nights where the A/C was not needed and it would have been absolutely amazing to have the large patio doors open to the intercoastal sounds and breeze. Unfortunately, there are no screen doors so leaving them open was not an option. While we were there, the code to front door stopped working. Called Resort Rentals and they had a tech to our condo within 15 minutes. Great response time and communication. Battery was replaced on the lock within 1.5 hours and no additional problems. They were really responsive and working to fix the problem was hassle free. In the end, I would say we got what we paid for considering the price 2-bedroom condos go for in the area and ultimately, we went for the beach and the proximity to it was fabulous.

Have stayed in this complex before. Tennis and pickle ball players will love it. Very welcoming community of players. Twin beds in the condo were not comfortable for adults-Too soft and seemed short. A few minor issues and the management company responded rapidly. Pool and hot tub were closed but we were informed about that prior to coming and they offered several options.

The location of this unit is awesome, beach and pool access is steps away. The unit was clean, and fit our needs with plenty of space and great view. Can't wait to come back.

Beautiful view of the intercoastal, quick walk to the gulf. 2 bedrooms were big enough to move around with room for suitcases etc. We appreciated having the twin beds in the 2nd room. We also appreciated the TV options, and availability of the board games as it turned chilly and rainy (34?) during our week. Bathrooms were great as was the kitchen area stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again.
