We had the most amazing time at Beach Livin 2. It was the perfect size for 3 of us. The location is INCREDIBLE. Public beach access just steps from the front door and a super short walk to Caddy's and Ka'Tiki. Beach chairs were available which was great. Definitely recommend :)- Posted: 6/4/2024

We had a wonderful week! The location is within walking distance to the beach and there are a couple of restaurants near by just off the beach such as Caddy's. It was great having beach chairs and umbrellas located in the storage closet, to bring with us to the beach. There is a trolley (closest stop is near 7-Eleven) that takes you down Gulf Blvd all the way to Clearwater. The AirBnB was very clean, comfy, had extra linens and cooking utensils. Unfortunatley, we had a family that was quite loud staying above us but otherwise we can't complain. It would be nice to have an espresso machine for use since there is no coffee shop in the area, but there is a coffee pot. We had a great time and can't wait to visit again soon!- Posted: 5/4/2024

Wonderful place to stay on Treasure Island!! The location was perfect! It was quiet for our 5 month old, yet walkable to multiple restaurants and the beach. We could walk home from the beach every day to grab lunch or put our child down for a nap. The Airbnb had everything you needed for a comfortable stay! (Although the bed may need replaced soon.. it was a little uncomfortable.) Would absolutely stay here again!!- Posted: 3/27/2024

Great place to stay. Short walk to beautiful beach. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Super large tv in living room and large tv in bedroom. Excellent WiFi internet. Short walk to Caddy’s bar/restaurant and Ka’Tiki bar with live music. Would definitely stay here again.- Posted: 3/1/2024
