Our one-week stay over Christmas was fabulous! We could not have found a better location, as it’s right on Upham Beach. The amount of space was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed starting and ending our day on the balcony… The views were spectacular! We would definitely stay at The Caprice again!!

This condo is not overly spacious however it was adequate size for our girls trip with 4 of us. Beach is great and beach access is excellent. TV access was great for us to watch movies at night. We would stay here again.

Condo was great. Requiring a visit to office one mile away to pick up and drop off a pool key was a pain as we did not have a car. Not sure why they couldnt just stay with condo as with other management companies even we stayed at same building. Otherwise a great place and we will be back again next year

The floor plan and view cant be beat. It was such a fun area, walkable, has a fun beach snack shack next door, easy pool and beach access. It just needed some very needed TLC. If views and spectacular views are your thing and you dont mind a little older furnishings, beds, toilets that run, kithchen drawers broken, needs some painting… this is a great place.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Great location with walking distance to bars/restaurants. Kitchen well stocked with dishes. Only downside were the comfort of the twin mattresses and the pancake-flat pillows. We would rent again.

Overall our stay was wonderful. We had a girls weekend and the space was in a perfect location. The access to the beach was so amazing. We were even able to make reservations at a restaurant down the beach and walk to dinner at sunset. So lovely! I also loved that the parking was very easy to get to from the condo. The views were unmatched seeing the sunrise and sunset from the same location. We also loved using the kitchen and some of the available resources there. There were also beach chairs that we used to go down to the beach which was a nice surprise!
The couple nit picks are that the patio did have some bird poop on it but probably hard to maintain and keep clean. We couldn’t get the master tv to turn on, and there was one dead cockroach on the floor (it’s Florida so I didn’t care too much). I also didn’t love having to get the parking pass and pool keys from a different location at time of check in (less than a mile away).
I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Amenities were good. Enjoyed the grill area Bathrooms were old with a lot of wear and tear. Cleanliness not so great. Bathroom floors were very dirty. Lots of dust everywhere kitchen cabinet handles were sticky with old food Found a small lizard in my bedroom.

Great location, perfect for vacation getaway. Building is dated, but unit was nice. Balcony views of sunrise/sunset are amazing. The pool area and private/public beach areas are perfect. The bathrooms need to be updated. The bedrooms have good space and large windows providing great views.

Condo was clean, Ocean view on the master bedroom, Kitchen came all equipped with pots, utensils, plates, cups , coffee maker you name it; it had it all , full size refrigerator, it also had cooler, beach chairs, umbrella for the beach and more.
Restaurants , shops and Publix near by. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back next summer!

This rental was perfect for our needs for a short weekend getaway. The beach was beautiful with clear waters, soft sand and a gentle breeze. Not overly crowded like many Florida beaches and a short walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

This was our first experience using a rental platform such as VRBO and my husband and I both agree we will absolutely stay here again! It was such a cute place and a quick walk down to the beach. The flooring has definitely been updated since the previous pictures/reviews and everything was clean and cozy. I truly have nothing bad to say about our stay! We loved everything about it, especially the view from our master bedroom.

This condo is great! We didn’t use a car once while we stayed. Everything you could need is walking distance from the condo (breakfast, lunch, dinner, bars). Already planning a trip to come back!

Our family stayed at this property November 2021, and it fit our needs. The property is located on the beach, has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a total of four beds. We typically stay in our timeshare when we go to the beach but did not have that much time for this trip. The unit has a great location with access to the beach and fully stocked kitchen. Grocery shopping was quick and easy to find as well as a local seafood market, which give us the opportunity to make some amazing cuisine. The unit is clean and well maintained. The only personal cons would be that I would prefer the carpet to be stretched or replaced as it felt and looked worn, the drains in the tubs were a little slow causing water to back up while showering, no in unit laundry and no facial tissues/Kleenex. This property was great for our family having two twins with a TV in the bedroom, a sofa bed and TV in the living area as well as a king bed and attached bath. We enjoyed the balcony with morning sun and the chairs to take to the beach.

Vertical blinds on patio door were falling off and could not be drawn when the sun was setting or more pieces would fall off..

The location is perfect. The views and the beach can’t be beat. Elevator was a crap shoot. Worked sometimes and not others. Family good enough shape to make it work. This room is good for a family of 4. It says sleeps 6 but we had 5 and the roll out couch wasnt sleepable. Ended up just sleeping on the couch itself. Def could be updated but we spent as little time in the condo as possible. The beach was steps away and not crowded at all. Pool was nice . Don’t understand why you can’t leave the keys at the condo instead of making people drive to get them. Especially since we didn’t use the keys once. All they do is get you in the bottom stairwell and beach. We made it entire week without touching them. Def look to stay here again. Next time with max of 4 people. Would look elsewhere if we bring 5 again.

We had an issue main bathroom shower but Management addressed it quickly. We loved the pool and amenities. Being on the 5th floor was such a great view. We would go back in the future. A little more attention to detail would of made it even better. But we were happy with our experience.

Friends of ours have stayed in this complex for many years and this year we joined them. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We were blessed with wonderful weather (mid 80's ) all week long and enjoyed the pool and the beach. Our condo was clean and comfortable and we rent this unit again.

Perfect location, right on the beach. Comfortable place that has been well-maintained. Responsive, too--had a battery fail on a smoke alarm and it was fixed within an hour.

Such a prime location and great spot to take in sunsets on the fifth floor or right outside on the beach. Condo has everything you need and friendly complex and area. Very close to publix and tons of spots to eat. We will be back for sure

Property has an excellent location, waterfront, it’s an old building but well maintained, the condo was comfortable and has everything you needed but is outdated, it deserves a nice upgrade not much specially in the bathrooms: toilet and sink, the slide door are old and doesn’t work properly and the window/door blinds got it go. Anyway we enjoyed the view, location and the nice decoration and comfort of the unit. I recommend it and will come back.

My girlfriend and I needed a "girls trip" for some r&r....this was the place to do it! The unit was comfortable, well stocked (loved having the blender for our morning smoothies after a walk on the beach!) had all the amenities we needed and location was ideal - both on the beach and within the building! Great restaurants close by - especially Basil Leaf Thai & Sushi! We will definitely be back! Our only recommendation would be a new dishwasher as it appeared that the dirty dishes we put into it, came out still dirty so we had to resort to hand washing but not a big deal. Dining room table took up too much space. Maybe a table with a removable center would make the unit feel more spacious, especially since the living room furniture was so large (but comfortable) None of this took away from our visit though!!

If we were to go again, we would probably not choose the week of the 4th of July though. There were a few late night fireworks by people nearby... 2 am and 4am... However we loved having a front row seat to the city fireworks! This is an older building, so there are a few things that need some attention.. bathroom tub was slow to drain; the other bathroom sink is a bit worn... that kind of thing. However, it didn't bother us that much.

Oh my goodness, we are so thankful that everyone is OK as well!! The currents offshore get quite strong so all need to be very careful out there! We are glad to hear you enjoyed the condo and its location but are sorry you had days full of rain. Summertime in FL you never quite know what you will get. ;-) They are doing some work on the beaches on St Pete Beach so we do apologize for the sandbags that were seen but the good news is that they will be gone soon. Thank you so much for staying at the Caprice with us and we hope have you back for another visit!

We (2 adults and a 5-yr old child) recently rented this condo and had a GREAT experience. The condo itself is well stocked and very clean. It is also very quiet. The balcony offers a great view, but it's also private. The beach is clean and beautiful. It is a great beach for kids with very small waves and LOTS of shells to find! There are grocery stores, gas stations, ice cream shops, restaurants and more within a five minute drive. Watch sunsets from the private beach- we even saw dolphins while we swam. I would definitely recommend this condo and would not hesitate to rent again for my family.

Our unit was clean and in a great location to the beach as well as restaurants and shopping. Our first time in a condo and it way surpassed any hotel/resort we have stayed in the past. Also, the grounds were kept emasculate. The gentleman in charge of maintaining the building was so nice and always working hard to keep the place clean and maintained.

The beach was not crowded near this condo. Great views from the windows and porch. Close to some good dining. We were right on top of the fireworks, which was great! The condo needs updating and unfortunately is right next to the trash (we found two dead roaches in our kitchen). We would definitely come back!
