Guten Tag Die Lage der Wohnung war top, ruhig, schöner Pool. Eckliger Teppich im Treppenhaus. Eingangstüre konnte ohne Schlüssel nicht geöffnet werden. Bei starkem Regen waren Fenster im Schlafzimmer undicht Nun leider der grösste Mängel: die Matratzen in allen Betten waren total katastrophal. Desshalb war die Wohnung alles in allem zu teuer. Nice condo. Building and pool are well maintained/ very clean. Messaged management that I needed a kitchen item and it was there the next morning. Felt very safe in the building. Many restaurants and beach store within walking distance.

We had a great stay at Emerald Isle. Had majority of kitchen necessities we needed. Only things missing that we needed were potato masher and/or beaters for the hand mixer. King bed mattress sagging in middle somewhat. Otherwise perfect especially in comparison to other surrounding properties we visited where friends were staying. The rental had plenty of space for the four of us. Loved there were 2 bathrooms in our rental. A definite plus ?. Balcony wonderful for the view and enjoying the sound of the surf. Also liked there were eating places within walking distance. Would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for 4 of us, with our 2 teenagers. Being beachfront was nice to sit on balcony and view ocean (and sometimes dolphins swimming by). The location was good in Reddington Beach, as we were able to drive quickly to other beach towns between Clearwater & St Pete. The only recommendation would be to add end-tables to Living Room, as we had to hold our drinks while sitting on couch.

You can't beat the location!! You're just a few steps away from the beach and private swimming pool. The balcony overlooks the ocean and is tucked into the side of the building, providing more privacy than other balconies. You're within walking distance to a couple of awesome restaurants, and only a 2-3 minute drive to a bunch of other great spots! The condo had all the amenities needed for light cooking. Pack some other small essentials if you have an extended stay like coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and towels/washcloths if you don't plan on doing laundry. The only gripe we had throughout our entire stay was that the pest control folks showed up without any notification. We were at the beach at the time and had some valuables that weren't locked up in the safe (which we probably should have done regardless). Otherwise, we truly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Property is right on the beach, with beautiful views, the microwave and counters had crumbs on them and were not cleaned. Everything else was clean and nice. It would be helpful to have something that tells you about the TV channels. Other than that perfect and would definitely go back.

The property is in a great location with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay there! Our only complaint was that we wish there would have been more towels (especially washcloths) in the condo. It would have also been nice to have beach towels available for use at the pool and beach.

The location is right on the beach, which is great especially for traveling with a toddler. Everything was clean and organized. The room had beach toys, chairs and even a small cooler that we could use. This helped us tremendously since we flew and couldn’t pack all of these items.

My only complaint is that using keys to get into the pool area wasn’t very convenient. A keypad would have worked much better! Also, our shower in the master bedroom wouldn’t get hot. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

The keys did not work for the front door but did work for the stairs door to the right of front entrance and to the back entrance. Keys are needed for beach access through the pool and to enter/exit the pool. Had to wash all silverware and dishes when we arrived as the drawers were dirty. Need quarters to do laundry on 2nd floor. Noise ordinance after 10 pm so cannot do laundry then or someone takes your clothes out. All in all a great stay though. I’d recommend. The management was very responsive to any concerns we had.

The other guests were very sweet and overall a quiet community. We loved walking across the street to Dunkin Donuts and Burrito Social was really a great find. The beds were new and very comfortable. We all slept very well. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, so be prepared to walk up to floor 2, to use the coin operated washer and dryer. It was kind of an inconvenience having to go and get quarters, but other than that, it wasn’t bad. $1.00 to wash and $1.00 to dry. The shower bar in the guest bath is very rusted and needs to be replaced. My daughter thought maybe she got a rust speck in her eye, but she was fine. The furniture in the living room was in great shape and very comfortable. An area rug would be a great addition. The biggest drawback to this property is having to use a key for absolutely get in the building, to get in your condo, to get in the pool area, pool bathroom, and also to go from the pool to the beach. Kind of a hassle when you’re carrying beach chairs and other stuff, and you have to drop everything to get the keys out. The condo did provide two great beach chairs and some sand toys, which was a huge plus! We would definitely come back!

Our stay was great. The condo is in a great location. Beach and pool access were super easy to get to. Sunset views from the beach are amazing, however, we stayed in June and could not see the sunset from the balcony. We had a great ocean view balcony, though. There are lots of restaurants around and the area/condo is kid friendly.

However the beds were uncomfortable for adults and really need replaced. Our only other issue was the sliding door kept falling off the ongoing problem apparently. A safety bar is really needed in the hall bath. It was dangerously slippy! As others have said, having to use a key for EVERY entrance to the pool, beach, elevator & condo was beyond cumbersome and antiquated. EVERYbody left the pool and beach gates open-it was too difficult to deal with plus 2 keys was not enough when you have kids going in and out all the time. Fortunately we didn't have outsiders trying to use the pool. WE would definitely choose this condo again if the beds were newer.
