Only thing I would suggest is putting ceiling fans in bedrooms. 72 degrees at night is not comfortable sleeping temperature or at least a light hooked up to existing wall switch

Despite the Hurricane and weather related incidents we had a wonderful stay and unit 601 was very nicely appointed and comfortable. There was some water leaking around the windows which should be sealed but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Also there seemed to be a lot of issues with the elevator.

The condo was remodeled very nicely. The kitchen was a little tight and could use a few more cooking utensils, but if you don't plan to cook much it would be fine. The basics were available. It is a great location on the beach, not over crowded. The elevator is in need of an upgrade, only one for the entire building and it is very slow and has no ventilation. Regardless, we would come back again. The overall positive outweighed the minor things. We plan to come back next year!

Wonderful location with great views of the beautiful white sand beach, and a comfortable, spacious condo. We would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to be on a quiet part of the beach, but still in walking distance to restaurants and bars. We also appreciated that when there was a gas leak which sparked a fire by the transformer that knocked out the power to the building with a danger of explosion and the sheriff would not let us back in saying the building and the one next door were evacuated, so we had to stay in a hotel down the street, the owner/management company reimbursed us for the missed night. The pool was nice, even though the heater was knocked out by the gas leak and fire, but still comfortable with lounge chairs always available.

the location of this condo was perfect. the lanai faced the beach and the beach was quiet and never crowded. we could walk to restaurants, and other places like st. pete’s was a short drive. the only downside was the second bedroom/bathroom. both were quite small and needed some updating. but we would definitely stay again.

On 6th floor with great balcony view if the gulf, has laundry available on same floor! Welcome package to kickstart was fantastic with small extras like coffee, garbage bags, dishwasher cleaner. Coffee pot available. Owners put ALOT of detail in decorating, very much recommended!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay in unit 601. The condo is bright and cheery — very open and spacious. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony and taking advantage of the restaurants and attractions in the area. The kitchen is adequately stocked. However, the knives are very dull and a large skillet would have been nice. There was an issue with defective door knobs in the bedrooms and Resort Rentals took immediate action to correct the problem. Their staff is very responsive in addressing any concerns that arise. The internet. connection is adequate, but the signal is not strong enough to reach the bedrooms which was a problem for us. In addition, the router is located in another unit so when it needed to be reset, we had to contact Resort Rentals rather than handling the reset ourselves. On the whole, the accommodations met our needs very well and we're looking forward to a return visit.

The beaches are not crowded and restaurants are very close or within 10-15 minutes driving time. Resort Rentals are always helpful in assisting your needs. On our trip in 2015, our airline delayed us leaving one whole day. I made a call to the office, they were able to keep us in the same unit. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The online descriptions of the units are helpful in making your decision to stay according to your needs. This is our 2nd time staying in Emerald Isle and we will enjoy using Resort Rentals for our future vacations.

We needed to purchase some of our own itens such as a spatula for cooking eggs. Another problem was a broken cupboard door which we reported but was not repaired during our stay.
