It’s not boojie, but it’s still great! I was skeptical about this place.. available on short notice, not rented since hurricane and no reviews. Well boy was I pleasantly surprised! The quiet location and lovely balcony with beach view and stunning sunsets was perfect! The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. We cooked in every night to avoid crowded restaurants. The sofa was comfy and so was the king size bed. It’s a foam mattress, which we love. The bathrooms are dated ,but hey they worked. A hair dryer was supplied, which is great for those of us traveling with a carry on bag. There is also a storage shed with beach chairs and beach toys which is an absolute plus! It’s literally steps to the beach. We really loved this place for just the two of us.. we actually are looking into a month next year. Resort rentals was awsome too. They responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly re commend this gem!

Property was great. Would be nice to have folding beach chairs available for guests. My kids rented a house when we were there, they were not on the beach and they had beach chairs available! We flew in so we could not bring our own.

This was a good place for the price and location. Had a private entrance to the complex, great location right on the beach, and it was not crowded at all. The unit fit our needs. The master bedroom bed was comfortable for us. We spent the majority of our time at the beach and the unit had a storage unit full of beach supplies. (i.e. chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a beach buggy). The unit was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. From the balcony, you needed to be by the chairs, facing due West in order to see the ocean/beach. Not a direct view from inside the unit. The location was great. If you want a family friendly unit on the beach where it is not so croweded, this is a great place. Pool is a little small, so it can get crowed easily when there are 5-6 people in it. We didn't need to use the pool so not a big deal for us. I would highly recommend this place!

Great location. close to beach and within walking distance to a few restaurants and CVS. The carpet really needs to be removed. It is very old and dirty. We didn't have pillowcases for several of our pillows and no extra sheets or blankets. It took two days to receive pillowcases. A beach rental really should have beach towels available. Overall, a great place. A few additions that wouldn't be costly would make it perfect. Need beach towels and a couple of extra chairs for balcony.

My husband & I stayed at this property r first week of January. We needed a quiet & relaxing place close to friends & family. This place was perfect, although we didn't need all that room for the 2 of us. The unit was clean, had the necessary supplies to get us started, was in walking distance to local restaurants & bars.

Excellent location with a private entrance to the beach! This section of Indian Rocks Beach is quite low key without a huge number of people on the beach. Even on the weekends in the middle of summer there were fewer people on the beach than we expected. We believe this is because there are not many large resorts or large hotels nearby.
The property manger was very responsive. We had an issue with a smoky smell coming from our microwave, and a replacement microwave was in hand within hours!

We ended up not using the condo - only because we were afraid Hurricane Ian would hit the Sarasota area. Even though the hurricane didn’t we had already booked alternate plans.

Covered parking in a gated community was a plus. Pool is a good size and visible from the unit. Very short walk to the beach with a great shower station. Beach amenities were great (umbrellas, sand toys, beach cart, floats, etc.). We plan to return!

Location was great! Right on the beach. Free available parking was a plus in such a busy area. I also appreciated having access to the storage room containing beach chairs. Not a complaint, but maybe a little more explanation about the keys necessary for getting in and out of the gates.

The ocean was about 500ft from our door, the townhome was fully furnished, clean and comfy. The regular residents within the townhome community were friendly and inviting. Tropical Storm Fred didn’t put a damper on anything. Cant wait to book for next year with this property! Loved it all except we never knew there were beach chairs, floats, grills, etc in the storage room next to the door you walk into the home. We found this out after we bought chairs…which we had to add to the collections of goodies for we couldn’tbring them home on the plane?
