Perfect spot for new skiers
This is a true ski in ski out condo right on the beginners slope. You can take greens from the top of the mountain all the way to the condo. Perfect for having different level skiers in your group.- Posted: 3/24/2025

Amazing Little Condo
Great little condo perfect for my wife and I. Very comfortable and cozy, located on Indian Shores beach with lots of restaurants near by. Luckily the unit is on the 1st floor and an easy flight of stairs up. Their is only one elevator in the building and it can get very busy, especially during weekends and holidays making for long elevator waits. Overall a great visit and experience. Great vacation place
This location was perfect. Easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Place was quiet and the bed is very comfortable. I recommend using the Suncoast Trolly to get around. Runs from Clearwater all the way to St.Pete with so many stops along the way. Hop on hop off system. Would definitely consider a return visit!- Posted: 5/13/2024

This was the best location for the price you are right on the beach and on the other side is the bay where you can watch the boats going out and coming in right on the porch. There is a restaurant down the street called the friendly tavern and they are absolutely friendly!! Great bar and food! All with In walking distance.- Posted: 3/29/2024

Perfect getaway
We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was exactly as shown. Plenty of room for 2. Bed is very comfy. Complex is so quiet.It was too windy for the beach. But the pool was perfect for soaking up the sun and socializing with others. The location is near everything and the trolley is convenient if you don’t want to drive. I've stayed in enough condos in this area to know a great place when I see one, and this is it! No typical vaca condo second bests here. The knives were sharp, the cookware was nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable, the towels were soft.There was a nice selection of TV channels and the internet was fast and reliable. The pool was clean and we used the charcoal grills almost every night. Kristin checked in on us regularly. We couldn't be happier. It was nice to be steps from the beach. We had a great two weeks at the condo. It was clean, looked terrific and we had everything we needed.
