Firstly, the bed was the most comfortable ever. The view from the kitchen looks through the condo and out over the Gulf. I appreciated the periodic text communication from the property manager with useful and timely info. We look forward to return.

We had a great time at Land’s End and really enjoyed the unit we were in (10-403). The view of the beach, water and sunsets was breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed. It was a good spot for our family ( with young children) as it was quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

The condo was great,everything you would want for wonderful time. The rooms were a good size and any small issues we had were sorted quickly by the management company. But the best feature for us was the view and the close proximity to the beach ?.just what I needed after a long damp year in Scotland. We will return again on our travel to Florida in the near future.

From the beautiful sunsets to the powdery sand and lovely condo. The only problem was with the twin beds in the second bedroom. They were not very sturdy. I did notify management about this when I checked out. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The condos are very peaceful and away from the busy public beach areas and tourist areas, though shopping is only minutes away. The beach was clean and quiet and we even saw a manatee in the water while it was making its way down the coast! Also saw lots of beautiful birds on the beach. The pool was huge and very well cared for. I loved the beautiful landscaping the boardwalk surrounding the property. The entrance to the property is gated and manned 24 hrs a day which made us feel safe. We stayed in building 10 unit #203. The unit was clean and nice, but could use some updating. We had initially rented a unit in building 7, but since there was going to be construction on that building and no access to the balcony, Resort Rentals offered for us to stay in another building. This transition occurred with no extra costs and went over smoothly.

There was everything a vacationer needed, except a hairdryer. Would have been nice to have one provided for use. Location was directly on the beach and was pretty empty, not filled with tourists. It was delightful. The place was clean and had a washer and dryer which was great! The floors could have been cleaner as they left your bare clean feet dirty. There were pool and beach supplies and we left a giant noodle for the next guest. One of the pool chairs and a beach umbrella was broken. The balcony was spacious and clean with very comfy furniture. The property is gated and the pool was giant, clean and relaxing. This place was great and I hope to stay here again! (There is no unit number on the door, that would have been helpful as we had to guess which door we should try.) Its close to shopping, restaurants and everything you find on gulf blvd!

Thank you so much for this feedback. We are so glad to hear you were comfortable during your stay in this beachfront condo but are sorry for the few items you had listed. If there is not a hairdryer in the condo, please call us at our office as we do keep a supply here that we are happy to lend to you for the duration of your stay. Unfortunately this is one item that goes missing from the condos quite regularly, which is really unfortunate, but we do keep some here so that we may help with this. Same goes for the beach chairs and umbrellas, we do keep some here in the office if you ever are in need of any extras. We will be sure however to take a look at the broken one that you had listed. We love that you want to stay here again and we sure do hope to see you back!! :-)

The check in was quick and easy and the agent that helped was was very nice and helpful. The condo was as described and clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner upon arrival and after a few quick calls and a visit from a technician , the issue was resolved. The location is amazing. Very nice beach and facilities. We will definitely be back. The town of treasure island lights luminaries along the streets the night of Christmas Eve. My family enjoyed a nice long walk. Everyone was so friendly.

It is quiet, beautiful, and relaxing. We have been fortunate to have stayed in nice condos. Some are very out dated so ask for pictures. I do think the prices are slightly high.

It is just far enough away from the pool for a quiet balcony. A big consideration for us is that adults use the 2nd bedroom and the beds in bedroom two we comfortable. We would go back.

We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony every day, overlooking the beautiful Gulf. Happy hour was also on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunset. The only negative was no hair dryer in the unit, however, the management company offered to provide it once we brought it to their attention. Roof replacement was being done, which was quite noisy, but I realize that was a one time inconvenience and would not impact future renters. The pool was beautiful, large and clean. Am looking forward to returning and staying even longer next time.

The hair dryers are not a required item for the owners to leave in the condos as we have found that they go missing quite often, which is unfortunate. It was perfect for the four of us. It was close to dining and shopping, yet set away from everything. Just a few steps from the beach or to the pool. Plenty of room in the condo for the four of us to spread out. Beds were very comfortable and offered a great nights sleep. I would definitely return and stay here again.

Our condo this year was fantastic! I was disappointed that the only basic necessity provided was 2 rolls of toliet paper (2 bedroom) and a roll of paper towels. Everything else, including trash bags, we had to buy. Pretty minor flaw. Our overall experience was fantastic. The building and condo we rented was very clean, very well maintained, and Resort Rentals were extremely professional and friendly.

It is a beautiful beach and resort property, family friendly, quiet, peaceful, location, yet close to everything. Bldg. 10 is beside the pool which is so convenient. Tile floors in the unit are a bonus for people with allergies. The bed in master is super comfy. Second bedroom needs new pillows and light from outside walkway shines through blinds. Did not appear to have a pull-out bed in living room. Need hooks or more racks to hang towels in bathrooms. Overall a bright, well-maintained unit with beautiful view! Resort Rental staff is marvelous to deal with!

I organised a trip for 5 families all had their own apartments, Everyone was very happy with apartments and facilities. Family from UK and Canada would all come back again. Only one concern and that was trying to get late check out. We had the cleaning service knocking on the door before check out time!
