Land's End 10-403 Beach Front - Premier

We loved the Land’s End development! It was private, super quiet, beautiful and well cared for! The pool area was huge and so inviting. The parking under the building was amazing and the elevator was quick. The unit was updated with a lovely ocean view! We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Renting through resort rentals was easy, friendly and they were very responsive to the few needs that we had! We would definitely use resort rentals again for future vacation needs!
The condo we rented was clean, beautiful and the perfect location! Right next to beach access and the pool. A peaceful quiet area of the beach where we didn’t feel overcrowded at all. We walked the beach at anytime of the day/evening and did not have a lot of people to walk around like you do in Clearwater or even further down the beach in treasure island. It was perfect.
Shopping and restaurants were just a quick drive down the road too.

Our unit was very nice! We love the close proximity of the pool and the beach. When we checked in, our air conditioner didn’t work and our unit was stocked for 2 people (towels, etc) but we had 4 in our family. It was a Saturday afternoon. I called and the a/c guy came promptly and added Freon to get the unit working. Excellent response time and work! Regarding the towels, the lady said we could get more towels on Monday. Not a big deal in the scheme of things, but for a $2800/week rental, this seemed like questionable customer service. We used our beach towels and planned to go to Walmart on Sunday to purchase more. Thankfully on Sunday morning the person on duty dropped off additional towels. Again, not a big deal, but if the goal is a high end rental company with fantastic customer service, doing the little things matters. Nobody wants to travel 18 hours, and hear they can’t have clean towels for 2 days without going out to purchase them. I’m still rating our stay at 5 stars because the grounds and unit were so nice. Overall, we had a wonderful week there!

We loved our stay! Perfect location, beach wasn’t crowded and place was great and newly remodeled. Our only disappointment was the hot tub is strictly 17 and over only, so our kids couldn’t warm up in between October swims. Other than that- it was lovely!

The condo we stayed in was exactly as described. Beautiful view of the beach & sunsets from the patio. We saw lots of dolphins swimming by during our stay. There were a lot of great restaurants and things to do nearby. 10/10 would stay again!

Multiple reasons for family celebrations required a special setting. The condo was gorgeous! Chose this specific condo since it had queen bed in second bedroom. Gorgeous view! Perfectly situated on a quiet, private beach with swimming pool next to our building. Covered parking. Easy access to our daughter in Gulfport, Tampa Zoo and all restaurants + activities in St. Pete. The whole family had a great time axe throwing at Hatchet Hangout!!! All rental info communicated timely and check-in process was super simple. Highly recommend to anyone considering VRBO or a FL vacation. Will definitely re-book this property in future!

We love that Lands End it’s towards the end of the island making it quiet and private. We also love that it is a gated community for the extra security that it provides. This unit is newly renovated an absolutely gorgeous! It has everything that you need for a wonderful trip. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Great view of the sunsets over the ocean and also of the beach. Because this is a top floor unit the plants along the beach don't obscure your views at all.
Covered parking space is nice to have and also the fact that there is a gate with a guard is a plus.
There's a bunch of beach stuff and chairs that are kept in the unit for renters to use which is nice.
Tons of towels and a beautiful master with a big comfy king bed. Side note, not a big deal but the shower door doesn't stay closed on it's own in the master bath, we just put a small towel in the wheel to keep it closed.

We loved our stay here and will definitely be back. Perfect location. Room was updated and well kept. Internet worked. Tvs had apps. Short walk to the beach and we had it mostly to ourselves. Loved our vacation! Everyone that worked at lands end was super nice as well.

The pictures do not do it justice. This place is just about perfect. Best spot on the beach imo. If you are looking for a place facing the gulf this is the place for you. After staying here you can see why its rarely available. Just book it, you will not be disappointed!!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay, the condo is very nice, completely (and tastefully) updated, and we loved the sea views from the living room and bedroom! Waking each morning to that view was the best! The beach is not crowded at all in this area, unlike other nearby areas just to the north. The condo is in a very nice quiet gated community, nice pool, tennis courts, very clean and well maintained! Just a short drive to anywhere you want to go, if we’re back we will definitely stay here again!

We love the Lands End property and have stayed there several times. We love that it is a gated community which keeps the beach from becoming crowded. The property is very clean and well maintained. This was the first time we stayed in this particular unit and it did not disappoint! The owners have invested a lot to update this unit and make it a beautiful retreat. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The master bathroom was quite large with double sinks which was great. The beds were comfortable and there was ample storage space throughout the unit. In the other units where we have stayed, previous renters had always left behind chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. This unit did NOT have any of these items. There were a few boogie boards and pool noodles. Just be sure you bring your own chairs or anticipate purchasing when you arrive. This unit is on the top floor and is the middle unit. The balcony has a nice table and 2 bar height chairs to enjoy the evening sunset. The only problem we encountered was the WiFi did not work. We contacted the rental agency and was told to turn the modem off and try again. When this did not work, I contacted the agency again but never received a response. While not a deal breaker, it was quite frustrating. We will absolutely be returning!
