Land's End 11-304 Beach Front

The rental was extremely pleasant, clean and comfortable! Great view of the ocean and beach! Best of all you're right on the beach so it's no long trek to carry the beach gear you want and need to sunbathe and play in the ocean! The family friendly atmosphere made it feel more like home. There is security, which made our stay that much more pleasant by feeling safe. I really can't say enough good things about our stay. We are planning our next trip there already! Definitely going back there.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was right on the beach. Covered parking and access straight to the beach. The furniture was so comfortable. I thought the bed was going to be too hard to sleep well but I slept like a rock every night which is unheard of for me, even on the best mattresses.
Now for the cons - the beach was great except for the weekends. We arrived on a Saturday and there was ridiculously loud music on the beach from a particular group all weekend. Even 50 yards away you could hear it! We asked them to turn it down a little and were told "NO! -you shouldn't come to the gay beach - we are here every Saturday and Sunday (and apparently holidays because they were there Monday too over Memorial Day)." I'm not about to judge someone but the rudeness of this group was too much. They would walk right through our beach camp too, like between our chairs and the kids building sandcastles. Entitled is the word that comes to mind.
The rest if the week was calm and quiet!

Lands End property is beautiful and the condo is on Sunset Beach. Everything was as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable condo.

We found this little place super last minute after our cruise was cancelled. We met lovely people staying in the same resort and had a great time exploring the pier, boardwalk and other places St. Petersburg has to offer! We will definitely be back.

It was very helpful to have the appliances like washer/dryer, stove, fridge and so on. The AC is not heard from the master bedroom, so did not interrupt sleep.

The Land's End location is very quiet and comfortable, and the view of the gulf and the sunsets from our balcony were stunning.


The only comment of note is the unit itself needs some attention, the front screen door is off the frame, one of the bedroom window screens falls off its tracks, and the decore
needs some updates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once we were in our rental everything was good. Location is ideal for a beach vacation. One of the showers in our unit did not work, and the rental property was messaged, but never received a response back. Luckily there was another shower in the unit. Just wanted to note it that it was like that on arrival. The decor in our unit is very uncomfortable and outdated, and the screens to the balcony need to be replaced. They did not stay on the tracks.

Other than that the property is very nice, and we look forward to coming back.
