Land's End 11-307 Beach Front - Premier

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lands End 11-307! The condo was spacious and clean. Loved having the beach chairs and beach accessories and noodles available for use! The views were excellent! It was close to the tennis courts and pool. One bathroom sink got clogged but had quick response to fix. Would recommend more than two garbage bags to start. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

Great stay! It was a nice condo with a very nice pool. Cool to look outside and see the Gulf of America every morning.

We stay here every year for three weeks. Last year we arrived to new paint: yay! A great improvement. This year, new curtains : great improvement again! The grounds are still being renovated from the two hurricanes fall 2024 but happy the pool and hot tub were up and running. Looking forward to next year!

We have stayed at Lands End many times and have always enjoyed it. Even after all the damage from the 2024 hurricanes the property is absolutely beautiful and enjoyable. Unit 307 bldg 11 is beautiful, clean and the view is amazing

I have older sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at lands end! This was our third visit and I searched online for less expensive places that were still really nice… And I couldn’t find any! This place is worth the money! This specific condo had a fabulous front Row seat to an ocean view! We absolutely loved it and would recommend it highly.

This is a great property and a beautiful location. Property was very clean and an awesome location with lots of amenities. They only thing I would mention for young kids is that the pool rules are a little strict, but the beach is right there and they can be wild!

The place was clean inside and outside and very quiet throughout. Well cared for.

Our unit was very nice and we loved that we could sit on the balcony and relax looking at the gulf. The only recommendation that I would have for this unit would be that they furnish the kitchen with a few more items. It lacked some very basic items such as a turner and also a can opener. Not big items but when you need them they are big! Otherwise we very much enjoyed this unit.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.
The view was gorgeous from the third floor and we watched the dolphins in the bay every evening.
The property is in close proximity to many of our favorite restaurants.

I let my baby go everywhere in the condo. Everything was in perfect conditions. Newly renovated. All you need to cook is there. The view was incredible from the livingroom and the balcony. We open the windows at night in our bedroom to hear the waves. Beach toys, 3 boogie board, parasol and two beach chairs were included. Beach was not crowed at all. No trouble with wi-fi. 3 TV with Disney Channel and Nickelodeon. Gated community. Feel very secure to run and do yoga alone on the beach. Tennis court, pool and spa in perfect condition. 5 minutes from a supermarket Publix. Don't forget your coffee and beach towels. Dishwasher, washer and dryer included. There were renovation going on in the building next to us (May 2017) but it didn't bother us at all. Fast and easy check in and out with the rental company. Really enjoy our week in that condo. All my gratitude to the owners who let us enjoy their little paradise!

All staff whom we encountered from check in to gate guards and maintenance, etc. were all very friendly and welcoming.
We really enjoyed walking the boardwalk and watching the dolphins in the bay.

The private beach was clean, not crowded and a very short walk from the condo. The location of the building/unit was ideal with a balcony directly overlooking the gulf and there was an elevator for easy access to the 2nd floor unit. The pool was very large compared to other resorts we saw and offered plenty of lounges. The unit was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids and was larger in person than I expected from the photos. Our kids appreciated the beach toys provided. We did have to go out and buy beach towels as they were not provided so keep that in mind when packing. We would definitely stay at Land's End again.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived in Tampa and didn't have a place to stay when we go into the St Pete, Treasure Island area I went on line on my phone and found this company & called them and they said I could go online and pick out a place but I told them I wasn't getting a good connection and if they could just meet us at the building and show us a condo. They meet us within 15 minutes and showed us a very nice place right on the beach with a great view. Great place & location and clean. The only draw back was the internet connection...if I would have known how bad the internet was I would have stayed somewhere else because I run two online businesses and was not able to even check my email. Very good place and good price.
