Nicely kept, spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo at Land's End! This unit has been nicely updated in the kitchen, has lovely tile flooring throughout, in room washer and dryer for your use, fully stocked kitchen with all that you need for your evening dinners in, 2 TV's, free wifi internet connection and a private balcony that faces the pool area with views of the Land's End community. Building #1 is just across from the pool and only a short walk to the beach access onsite.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Resort Rentals. All the people we dealt with were very kind and helpful. At one point, we pulled a blender out to use it and it was absolutely nonfunctioning and they replaced it with a brand new blender the very next day. The condo we stayed in was bright and cherry. Glass sliding doors did not work very well during the week we were there, but repairman did come on the last day to fix them. The condo kitchen was minimally stocked. I was not doing any cooking so it didn’t personally bother me. There was not one full mirror in this condo which I would have appreciated. On two occasions, I had friends visit for several hours. I was required to buy a $10 parking pass for them each time. For the price of the condo couldn’t guest parking be included as well as my own car was charged a $50 fee. One suggestion is you could give a renter for free parking passes to use during their stay. Overall, this is a beautiful complex on the very tip of the island which makes the beach private. I highly recommend in spite of a few complaints.

Loved the clean condo with kitchen and bath updates and a great small view of the pool and ocean. So quick to walk to the beach. Only negatives would be the need for a new king sized bed as the one there was soft and squishy, which wasn’t comfortable. And the couch was sagging in the middle. We would return there if those items were remedied.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was absolutely perfect! We loved that it was a safe gated community and had a private beach access. Our condo was located directly across the street from the pool and hot tub area on the 2nd floor. We had a small view of the pool and could see a little bit of the ocean. Upon arrival we were very pleased with the condition and overall cleanliness of the condo from what we could see. As far as amenities, the small closet in the hallway housed broken beach chairs and toys. We had to go purchase our own chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for our son. That was very disappointing since those we’re supposed to be included for us to use on our stay. Nearly every pot, pan, dish, and piece of cutlery that we used needed to be washed before use. It was as if the people before us, or the cleaning staff never bothered to clean those items. There was still food on some of the silverware! I washed everything, but still went and purchased paper plates and plastic silverware for us to use. The pull out couch and king size bed were comfy. The lounge chairs on the balcony definitely need updated and the light bulbs need changed in the dining area chandelier. Due to the area, the location, and the super friendly & helpful Land’s End staff (Paul at the front gate was so kind to us) We would definitely use this rental again! The beach was majestic and we had a fantastic weeks stay!

Great relaxing getaway.

It has become our favorite place to stay in Florida. Lots to do close by.
