Land's End 1-303 Gulf View

Es war eine wundervolle Zeit im Apartment. Das Apartment hat uns so sehr gefallen mit der Einrichtung und Lage. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und es war ein ganz anderes Gefühl (positiver) als wenn man in einem Hotel übernachtet. (Das war das 1. mal das wir uns bei Airbnb ein Apartment gemietet haben) Es war perfekt um mit einem Kind zu reisen.
Wir würden das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

This was a beautiful condo! I have been living in airbnbs waiting to move into my house and this was a wonderful place to live for the time I did. A full kitchen, comfortable bed, lovely balcony for breakfast. It was a 20 minute walk to the beach which was wonderful. there are restaurants and grocery stores a short drive down the road. I loved my stay here.

This was an excellent Condo in a really special location. We were looking for a relaxing holiday and that was exactly what we got. Sitting by the pool, a swim in the sea or a walk along the beach just what the doctor ordered.
We have been to other places along the Gulf Coast a number of times but will certainly return to Lands End when we can.

Comfortable. Beautiful location and property. We will be back. Please look at the dish towels provided and do not supply guests with ones that look like someone washed their dirty car with them. I asked for new ones or at least cleaner ones and go 1 clean and 1 in the same described shape as above. Management very responsive but check out portal would not work for me. Property VERY clean and well kept. Rules were not enforced as far as saving pool chairs. Pool big and nice. Loved the Boardwalk around the property.

First, the positives: Great location out of the hustle and bustle The room had been cleaned very well Plenty of towels for my wife and myself Several beach chairs, an umbrella, toys, and coolers in the unit Very large pool and pool area with bath house Very short walk to the beach Close to John's Pass and St. Pete Beach activities The negatives: Communication from Resort Rentals was lacking. They kept telling me to check my junk mail (nothing there). I had the rental agreement link re-sent, and when I clicked it, it said I had already signed. Finally received the info via VRBO message as I was changing planes, to my relief. Property wise, ants everywhere in the condo. The exterminator sprayed the kitchen and bath, but the ants didn't care. They are apparently nocturnal, as we mostly saw them at night, when we would do battle with them. We enjoyed the stay and tolerated the ants. All in all, a good stay.

We loved this condo! Very clean and the decor was beachy and cute! Everything you needed was provided from
Kitchen tools / grilling tools/ and beach chairs and sand toys ! The view from our patio over looking the pool to see the ocean was amazing! We also enjoyed meeting a lot of the guest staying/living here too! The pool area was quite and relaxing!!! I definitely recommend staying here. We definitely will be back ??.

The property is amazing, water along 3 sides, quiet, beautiful landscaping, clean beach (cleaned daily). The rooms are always clean and this time we had a bunch of beach items in unit 303 building 1 (chairs, boards, mattress, blanket, balls, sand toys, pool noodles, games [slammo and paddles], etc.) Which was more than enough for what we needed to have fun at the beach! Our unit also had many board games, coloring books, puzzles and other fun things to do for people of all ages!
Resort Rentals now has a phone number you can text questions to during your stay which was very convenient and the responses were fast.
We love Land's End and will definitely be staying again! We're already looking forward to it.

Condo appeared exactly as listed online. Perfectly clean and stocked with all your beach needs. It was our first time traveling with our 1.5 year old and was perfect for our little family. Access to the beach and pool were only steps away which was convenient for nap time. The complex was in a very isolated area which was exactly what we wanted; away from all the noise and crowds.

We have stayed at Land’s End property before, usually in Building 9 or 10, and we love the property. We do like those buildings better because of the view but we only needed one bedroom this time. The pool is lovely and the beach is not crowded. We would stay at Land’s End again!

It is dark, gloomy, furniture is OK, counter and stools are not comfortable and should be done away with. tThe table only has seats for 2 people. Bathrom is old, tiles are losing their grout. The bedroom ensemble is too heavy and too many decorative pillows 7, making the bed is too much of a chore. It needs something soft, light and pretty. The overall decor needs a change in my opinion. The sleep sofa cannot be used for someone to sleep on, the springs are terrible, no padding on the mattress.

Plus the boardwalk around the property was nice. I definitely recommend this place to others
