This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom is located in the building right across the pool, hot tubs and the beach access. It is tastefully decorated throughout with a newly remodeled kitchen that is fully equipped, has Keurig coffee maker! The bathroom has been completely remodeled, there is a washer and dryer inside for your use, has a private balcony with seating and is sure to be a perfect fit for your vacation! This condo provides views of the Intracoastal Waterways where you are bound to see dolphins passing by and boaters heading out to the Gulf. Building #1 is just across from the pool and beach access onsite.

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community. Land’s End is approximately 3.5 miles South of John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all.
For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Stop in and visit Winter the dolphin. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. It was a great stay. Condo was clean, quiet, & had all the necessities. Nice, updated appliances. The bed & furniture were comfortable. I would suggest overhead fans for the bedroom and living room.- Posted: 9/21/2024

Absolute paradise
It was SO quiet. Super easy access to the gulf and the bay. Property is well maintained and the pool/hot tub area is very comfortable. Loved having an assigned parking space. The elevator was out most of the week, but we needed the exercise anyways. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!!- Posted: 8/17/2024

Beautiful property with beach
We stayed at this lovely property for our honeymoon and even though we managed to pick the week Florida decided to participate in winter, our stay was wonderful. Plenty of walks on the beach despite the cold. Check in/check out was a breeze. My only criticism is that the cleaning crew should check the shower liner from time to time. It was starting to get some mold on it, which happens in Florida but maybe put that in the list to check each time they prep the condo for the next guest. It wasn't by any means horrible but it took a tiny bit off the perfect score in our minds. We would definitely stay here in this condo again.- Posted: 12/29/2022

Spontaneous Getaway
We really enjoyed Lands End, and specially 404 Bld 1. The room was as described and the entire property felt like our own secluded area. Tips for future travelers- bring a fan for the master BR as it doesn’t have a ceiling fan, and also a couple extra wash clothes. This will save time doing laundry every day. From the office staff to the complex staff, everyone is easy to deal with and strives to make your experience an enjoyable one. This year was no different! The condo had recent fresh updates and is a perfect escape from the Midwest winter weather. The beautifully manicured Lands End complex and amenities, along with the warmth of our condo, make this an easy decision each year.
We feel like it’s a beautiful second home and one we will continue to reserve for as long as we are able to do so. Recommend Mad Fish restaurant for a great meal, in an eclectic atmosphere, just down Gulf Road in St Pete.

Home away from home

If you go in with that understanding you will have a wonderful stay.
Though we never used them, water toys and beach chairs were provided along with some starter paper towels, toilet paper and dish soap which was a nice touch.
The view was intracoastal not beach but we saw dolphins swimming the waterway several times.
There is a little restaurant across the water that plays music late into the evening, which can be enjoyed easily from the balcony but with doors closed the sound was not an issue.
This was our first time renting a condo and I was a bit nervous about checking in/out as we had very odd arrival and departure times. Turns out it's more complex checking into a hotel then it was the condo.
Resort Rentals provided a packet with everything you need. Take the time to read the contents, it will make your life easier and your stay more enjoyable. Not to mention answer all the HOW DO I ......... questions.

We looked around St Pete Beach and Treasure Island. The mainstream hotels, condo hotels and other traditional resorts were either full, of low quality or very expensive. Knowing the area having visited for many years, I called into Resort Rentals while passing to ask if they could help. They suggested the unit at Lands End which, knowing Sunset Beach well, was the perfect location for us. We booked the unit and it was perfect and of much higher quality than anything we had seen at double the price. Resort Rentals provided a great, no fuss service. The unit was spotless and modern. You are limited to what you can take in terms of luggage. There were no beach towels and even though the rental agency states to that there are none, they should provide them and some decent beach chair. The chairs were adequate, but old and saggy. That would be our ONLY, and I do mean ONLY suggestion......we loved our unit, the property, the whole 2 weeks were glorious.- Posted: 4/5/2014
