the common areas were very nice, great pool and hot tub and right on the beach. They are trying to restore as much as they can to the way it looked prior to the hurricane. However the apartment itself was in need of some major upgrading. The kitchen and bathrooms were old and need to be remodeled. the living room furniture should be replaced Resort rentals were very responsive to any issues we had

The customer service at Resort Rentals is fantastic and every time I reached out for an issue they responded quickly. The issues some of which were fixed and some not since I didn't mention them until we left. This is an older unit that does need some attention. Stained toilet seats (one replaced), toilets take 2 flushes, and I am assuming this could be an effect of the hurricanes. They did replace both shower heads and kitchen sink faucet per my request. The fan in front bathroom rattles when initially turned on but eventually stops. The main bathroom tub stopper can be hard to open after taking a bath. Washer and dryer work, however, when we used the dryer for the first time, we could not find the lint trap and did not know if there was an option to empty one since we are not familiar with a stackable unit. I looked up the manual (week 3) to find out for sure and found how to clean the lint trap. The shelf that holds the drawer in the refrigerator is broken. The refrigerator in general looks bad, especially the outer door and the ice maker does not work. The screen door is very hard to move, and it will jump the track. I walked with just socks on and every time they would end up black, so I am not sure when the floor was thoroughly cleaned last. I am hoping this does not come across as picky. To me this is TLC and cosmetic but yet functional which makes a stay more pleasant. After all, when you are on vacation the last thing, I want to do is to call and have repairs made.

Me and my husband and son loved this property. The view was amazing! It’s a short distance to restaurants if you want to go out to eat and had a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be going back. ?

Perfect location. 1 min walk to beach. The view of the bay side was so pretty and we could hear live music every night from across the water. All the amenities were awesome! Would love to come back!

Easy check in because Resort Rentals office was about 5 minutes from our property (Lands End Condominium) - instructions are clear with all the information needed for parking spot, keycode to get in, wifi, etc. 2 bed & 2 bath was all really clean. I loved the causway was on one side ( there was a staircase on edge of property to go in water) and the ocean on the other side.... Super convenient. Nice pool area with plenty of chairs (although we did the ocean most days.) There were 2 low beach chairs and plenty of boogie boards and sand toys for kids. Deck area was great with plenty chairs. Plenty of room to do workouts or yoga inside in living room area. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is as shown in photos although there is wear in the bottom of tables and wallpaper. . We were comfortable and loved the balcony. For people who rent the condo the master bath toilet and shower are right next to each other. It is difficult and tight squeeze. I am not sure how a large person would manage. The hall bath is more comfortable and we used it when our second couple left. There is sometimes loud music from the restaurant across the waterway. It could go late on weekends. We enjoyed the music as we sat on the balcony. There is a public walkway along the water. You are on the second floor so it rarely bothered us.

Two items I must note is one of the restaurants across the water had live music each night. We enjoyed sitting out listening to the different genres. The master toilet/tub area was extremely tight. The hall bathroom was more comfortable. We recommend Salt Rock Grill and Middle Grounds Grill. Do not miss Imagine Museum. The best glass art museum. We did not use the other amenities.

Lovely condo! It's clean, has a nice, large master bedroom, and a bonus "breakfast nook" for working away from home. The grounds are lovely and the pool area and hot tub are very nice. During COVID times, there is an outside walkup to the condo, so you don't have to ride the elevator. The beach is also at the end of the island, so it's less crowded than further up the island. Two items for consideration: the sofabed really isn't a sofabed. It's a sofa one person could sleep on. Also, there are several restaurants across the water and one has live music most nights. It's not especially loud, but you can definitely hear it. It wraps up around 10 to 10:30, but if it's the type of thing that will bother you, this isn't the place for you! Otherwise, it's lovely condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time during the month of Feb. It was for the most part sunny and cool but nice.
We were able to play golf (par3) and checkout many restaurants near by. We certainly had our share of seafood and of course the K Lime pie. Middle Ground was one of our favorites.
We enjoyed walking the boardwalk and the beach plus the many beautiful sunsets over the gulf.
The grounds were well kept as well as the buildings and security was a plus.
They have a beautiful pool, tennis courts and other activities as well.
The condo was very nicely decorated and could watch the pelicans and herons on the bay side.
It had a nice deck but a little chilly to set out for very long.
A great place to get away for awhile and just relax. We are coming back again next year.

Our condo was dated but clean. The living room furniture could stand an update was not comfortable for sitting. Could add more dinner plates had to run dishwasher a lot to have clean plates. But we did have a great stay and would go back in a heart beat.
