Open and airy with lots of charm. This large corner condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. With a brand new remodeled kitchen and all new living room furniture this condo is a perfect choice for your vacation home away from home. A row of windows open the space to a great view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the living room, dining area and the kitchen. There is also a brand new mattress in the master bedroom! Building #3 is next to the grilling area on grounds making your cookouts nice and convenient, it is also near the pool and a very easy walk to the beach access onsite!!

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

Liked watching watercraft going up and down the waterway and even saw dolphins on occasion. Better view than that of the ocean because the waterway was so close to us.

Great Place

Condo was clean and well decorated. Loved the huge pool and direct access to the beach. We loved seeing dolphins right off our deck! I would have given this 5 stars except we had to purchase a new pan, a can opener and a sharp knife, which we left. The pans are badly scratched and frankly not safe to use. There was one knife and we couldn’t get it to cut anything. The hand can opener did not work at all. Otherwise, the place was perfect, quiet and a great stay! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo is very nice and has a view to the canal . There is a very nice pool area and a board walk to the beach .
The beach is quiet and I enjoyed my morning swims in the ocean. There are plenty of restaurantes in treasure Island. St Pete’s beach is also close. We had a boat ride to watch the dolphins and a helicopter ride. We definitely would recommend the location!

Finding us a condo at Land’s End on Sunset Beach, Florida that meets our standards and expectations is no small task. Our condo Building #3 #206 was super clean, updated with tile, new floors, granite, large refrigerator, efficiently equipped kitchen, new leather furniture, comfortable beds and simple but tasteful decorating. We love the view overlooking the channel where we saw dolphin on a daily basis, occasionally different species of rays, manatees and we caught lots of fish. :) The grounds at Land’s End are gorgeous, the pool is large and clean, and the beach on the gulf borders the property and is easily accessible and pristine. We will definitely be using Resort Rental again and we surely will request this condo.

This condo that you stayed in falls into our standard category. In our premier category of condos you will find updated kitchen and bathrooms along with newer flooring, appliances, furnishings and flat screen TV's. We have a number of premier condos in all view categories at Land's End so during your next visit should you want to try something a bit more updated, a premier option could be a nice fit for you!! Lands End - Beautiful resort, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th stay at Lands End and it was just as beautiful property this time as it was the first, almost 13 years ago. Property is very well maintained and staff is always around to keep things in order. Our unit was very clean, updated amenities, and had all the comforts of home. Great view of the intercostal. Location is great for those who want more of a private beach and for those who like to fish, it's a great spot. It's a short drive north to all the Treasure Island restaurants and shops and short drive south to St.Pete Beach.

Only thing I would suggest to potential renters is all units are individually owned, look at the pictures and choose unit best fits your needs and standards. We had family also stay at same time and their unit was not as updated as ours and they had some issues with it.

That is correct that all units are individually owned and not a single one looks the same on the inside so we always say the same, be sure to look at the units online to see which fits you best! We have premier units and standard units, Bay front and Beach front so there are a number of AWESOME options! We have photos and a floor plan tour of each unit that we manage so that everyone knows just what their condo and view will look like when they arrive! :)

The condo fit our family of 2 adults and 2 children ( 2 and 4 years old) perfectly.

Other reviews mention loud music but we enjoyed sitting on our balcony listening and they did not play late. Lands End was great. My children(17 and 13) swam, played tennis,ping pong, and shuffleboard. The gentlemen at the gate house were polite, friendly and great with my children. Loved the walkway..
