Land's End 3-406 Bay Front

Great location. Always love visiting this side of Florida.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lands End. The condo was spotless when we arrived, the furniture, while a little old fashioned was in perfect condition. Some of the pots and pans I think are nearing replacement time but everything g we needed was there and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything one would need for cooking. The location of this complex is perfect, steps to the beach which is peaceful, never crowded ?even during Spring Break!), and the pool was great as well. From the condos on the bay side I will say the music across the water at the bar I s very loud on the weekends pretty late- light sleepers may have an issue but we did not and even our 2 year old slept without a problem. Overall we loved our stay and plan to be back next year!

This was our first Airbnb vacation! I searched a very long time in hopes to find just what we were looking for. We have a family of four and needed a king size bed and a bedroom with two twin beds because my daughter’s boyfriend came with us we just simply moved the twin out into the living room and he made his own bedroom there which worked out perfectly. This entire place was represented exactly as it was on the site.
The only negative things were; the slider was loud when you opened and closed it bc the tracks on the bottom need greased, and the toilet paper was horrible to say the least. We just went out and bought our own which was no problem. They had a small washer and dryer which we brought our own soap for and it worked out fantastically. We had a view of the bay directly below our balcony. We saw dolphins numerous times throughout the week and a manatee as well. Breakfasts were a little warm while we were sitting out eating on the balcony, but in the evenings we would go out in the shade and we were able to listen to the band in the music from across the bay restaurant which was nice and relaxing. This is on the fourth floor and the elevator was a bit slow and very hot. The pool was very close to walk to as well as the beach. I felt very safe to allow my 17 year old walk with her bf to and from my themselves. There is no public beach access and a guard at the gate. I would say a rental car is a must to go to the grocery and restaurants. Nothing is really close. There was one restaurant called Caddy’s but it was a good distance away to walk to. The staff at Lands End were all grumpy old men. They were always rude and complaining all the time. I can only assume that they also live there and they’re not really fans of us tourists being there. The only nice staff was the guy that sat at the pool from 4 to 7 PM and called himself the DJ. Lol I would for sure go back and stay in this exact condo!

We're so happy to hear that your family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, felt safe and you made great use of the amenities at Lands End. We apologize about the noisy sliders and wished you had contacted us. We would have sent out maintenance to correct this right away. I will certainly forward your comment on the toilet paper - Not sure what happened there :))! I will also let Lands End know about the grumpiness of some of the guards ;). They don't live there and Lands End absolutely welcomes tourists. Not sure why they had some bad days. I'm so sorry if they were rude to you, that should not have happened! We would love to have you back for a regular Lands End vacation! Thanks again for your feedback and staying with Resort Rentals!

I felt safe enough to allow my 17 year old and her friend to walk to the beach or pool even if we were not right beside them. The only negative was the slider door was loud when opening and closing (bottom needed greased or something). The Lands End staff were old grumpy men and rude to everyone. But other than that it was amazing.
