This condo has spectacular views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The stunning waterfront view from the private balcony and master bedroom is absolutely wonderful- you’ll never want to leave! Fire up a home cooked meal in the beautifully renovated, fully equipped kitchen that includes a breakfast table and dining table. Beautiful gated community, washer and dryer in the condo for your use, free wifi, comfortable furnishings and so much more! Free assigned parking underneath the building. Building #4 is across the waterway from St Pete Beach so kick your feet up and watch the action go by! This building is situated nicely near one of the hot tubs on property, close to the BBQ area and is a very easy walk to the pool and beach access onsite!

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! What a beautiful condo!!

The people who left the negative reviews must have stayed at this unit prior to the renovation. During our stay in August 2023, the unit looked like it had just been renovated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt lucky to be one of the first ones to stay there. Everything in the unit looked high end and expensive, from the new countertops throughout the kitchen and the bathrooms, to the new cabinets, to the appliances, to the furniture. The unit was super clean and tastefully decorated with a minimalistic yet classy style. We loved that it was facing the channel vice the gulf side because you feel like you are literally right next to the water. The channel also had a little beach and we enjoyed switching between that and the beach on the gulf side. Check-in was quick and easy and the resort management folks were a pleasant to deal with. One thing I would note is that there is a restaurant across the channel that had live music playing until 10-11pm each night (later on weekends). This is, of course, was no fault of the property management, and it didn't hinder us from being able to enjoy the unit as much as we did.

Fabulous! I had stayed in this unit before and now it has been totally remodeled and it’s simply beautiful! Spacious, stylish, and a patio overlooking the intercoastal with the ocean on the other side of the pool. It’s at the end of the road so it’s nice and quiet.
This could be my home away from home! Can’t wait to come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Lands End this year. We stayed in building 3 in June. The beach, pool, and hot tub are near by with pool between condo and beach so you can go back and forth easily depending which you prefer at the moment. Its a security gated community with cameras and they make rounds so you are safe. For food and drinks you will need transportation. There is live music across the water way until 10 pm. Its 15 minute drive to actually go there though. It's nice to sit on the balcony waterside and listen to the music at the end of each day. The unit is clean and has all the pots, pans, and dishes you would need. There is also grills if you want to make burgers or dogs beside the shuffle boards. The door jam was a little tight making key entry difficult. Had to get the key turned all the way to the right and pull back on the door. Resort Rentals said they would have someone check it out. The condos are at the end of beach before the water way so beach isn't very crowded because you can only enter from one side. Board walk had some damages on one side from the recent tropical storm but that was already under repair. You can see dolphins and fish from the balcony swimming. Nice vacation spot and sunsets on the beach are amazing. Only recommendation I would make is car for transportation outside of condo area which we did on both visits.
