We felt it was a friendly place the staff was fabulous, the bathrooms had no bedspreads or blankets, and the floor was quite dirty when we arrived- besides that it was a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only hiccup was hot tub wasn’t working and there were no beach towels or chairs available. We will return though as those are very minor!

I usually stay beachfront but glad we stayed in this unit as we were able to see manatees an dolphins from our balcony. The pool and beach weren’t crowded and I was worried about that with it being June. We would definitely return!

Our corner unit had the waterway behind it, fun to watch the sea life from the lanai and listen to fun music from across the way. The pool was awesome and the beach was steps away, never crowded and plenty to explore.

Our unit was just what we needed. Besides the carpet, we were very pleased with all of the furnishings and what was provided for us to use.

Would definitely stay again!

The only thing I would recommend is making sure the pullout couch has been cleaned before you have company. There was a lot of food in the mattress. We love the location, close to the hot tub, boardwalk and beach entry, and just a very short walk to the pool and other property amenities. We love watching the wildlife in the inter coastal as well as the people and boats. The quiet beach without the busy crowds like the nearby beaches has always been a draw for us but especially now in these crazy times. If I had to mention anything that might need attention in the condo itself, the oven might need to be looked at as it doesn’t seem to be coming up to the desired temperature when cooking so you either set the temp higher or expect your item to take longer to cook. Carpet had some spots and is showing wear. We will definitely be renting this unit again, we feel comfortable and at home. Having the security there is also a plus they are helpful and friendly. Thanks to the owners for sharing their property with us.

We had a wonderful time watching the domains and rays in the bay outside our window and the Gulf side was perfect for all the little children as it was shallow and the waves were small. Every evening we watched the beautiful sunset on the beach while the kids raved around and played soccer. It was a really lovely week and we can't wait to return!

Resort Rentals were fast and friendly in correcting any problems that occurred. The unit may be better suited to a family with small children, because of the second bedroom beds. Adults would be better served with twin beds with box springs. We had a very pleasant experience there and will be back for another stay next year.

The pool was warm even though it was cool outside and there was plenty of seating. (I would have liked the pool to be open a little later than 9pm). Our unit was wonderful! We had plenty of space. We had plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils but for the most part was well stocked. We did have a hard time finding a grill available-definitely need more grills, would have loved gas grills over charcoal-this took a lot of time and made the 3 grills in big demand.

The location of Land's End was ideal for us; easy access to places. The parking & elevator made it so simple for us. The bedrooms, the restrooms, kitchen, dining & living room areas were clean and nice. Wi-Fi & tv worked perfectly. The balcony was a plus,. We highly recommend this condo. The pool & Gulf were readily accessible, too. The staff was warm, friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. We already have plans to return next year. Thank you!
