Welcome to Land's End 5-203, an incredible 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the very tip of the island, offering guests a unique view and perspective! The breathtaking view from the private balcony and the master bedroom is of Blind Pass (the opening between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico). You may see dolphin, sea birds and boats on the water right outside your sliding doors as the tide moves in and out of the Pass. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and state of the art appliances, and everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family! The condo has stunning wooden floors throughout. Washer/Dryer in the condo, free Wifi and free parking is available. Plus, you just walk across the property to the beach.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land’s End is located on Treasure Island at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. This community is loaded with amenities to keep anyone entertained! Large, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sand volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, charcoal grills and gazebo area for your outside dining nights, a boardwalk that wraps around the community for your morning exercise, shuffle board, direct beach access and all within this beautifully landscaped community.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

We LOVED the condo we stayed at. It was beautiful; everything was spotless, (and we think brand new), and it was decorated beautifully and had every amenity we needed. The only suggestion we might make is to add a couple of mirrors outside of the bathrooms. The view was beautiful of both the Intercoastal and the Gulf, and we really enjoyed watching the dolphins play! We loved the close proximity to the beach and being able to see gorgeous sunsets each night. We also enjoyed the pool and found it to be clean with plenty of chairs to accommodate the guests. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well. The only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars was the constant construction from 9am to 4pm every day at our building. I realize that the property is recovering from the hurricanes, and everyone is working hard to restore quickly, but it was very inconvenient. We had to work some of the days that we were there and the noise was making it nearly impossible to hear. We also were told the water would be shut off for one of the days all day so we had to leave and go elsewhere. We just wished someone would have told us there would be continual construction efforts for a month, or have offered us a small discount for the inconvenience, but we would absolutely stay in the unit we rented again.
