Land's End 8-201 Beach Front - Premier

This condo was exactly as pictured! The kitchen has plenty of tableware, utensils, plates/bowls, etc. Loved the oceanview and the quick walk to the beach every day. Was never too crowded. Saw dolphins almost everyday and even a manatee! We realized the oven was not working and within 24 hours it was fixed thanks to their prompt and proactive response. The king mattress is definitely on the firmer side and pillows weren't the most comfortable - but that's also a personal preference of ours! Didn't use the twin beds - so can't speak to those. Most restaurants, shopping, and groceries are all within 10-15 minute driving distance. Covered parking was a huge plus! The pool was clean and had plenty of seating. Enjoyed walking the board walk and seeing the dogs at the dog beach! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

The property was even more beautiful than the pictures! We enjoyed breakfast on the patio every morning overlooking the gulf coast waters. The beach was only about 200 feet away and never crowded so we spent our days relaxing. There are so many great restaurants to try in the area, we had a great time trying new places to eat in the evenings. We can't wait to come back. Thank you!!!

Land’s End is generally very quiet and feels very safe. On the weekends, folks from the adjacent public beach spill over, but the beach was never packed.
Unit 8-201 is much bigger than pictured and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked.
Recommendations - upsize the hot water heater as 2 kids and 2 adults cannot shower quickly to prepare for dinner without running out of hot water. While the decor is clean and in very good shape, the overall style along with the popcorn ceilings and fixtures does not match the published criteria to qualify for a “Premier” condo.
Overall, recommend for cleanliness and location. Beach and pool are fantastic and that’s what we came for….

We came to Land's End as a Plan B after the hurricane destroyed Ft. Myers Beach where we had been going for years. The resort was very nice, the beach view room was beautiful and the location incredible. We really enjoyed going to new bars and restaurants and making new friends everywhere we went. Everyone was so friendly. Just booked to return in January.

It was heavenly. From checking in , to checking out and everything in between.The million dollar view from the balcony, the cleanliness of the beach, the boardwalk around the complex, stocked up kitchen good enough for a restaurant chef, clean spacious condo, easy access from parking, beach chairs, umbrella, kids sand toys, I can go on and on.Everything gets A+++. Some reviews mentioned that it’s a little outdated , but it adds a charm to this ocean view property. Walking distance to playground or restaurant. But the best part is responsiveness of the management. We had plugged tub when we arrived (hey it happens) I called and they were there same day. It’s not if we are going back, it’s when! Hopefully soon. Thank you.

Lands End is our families new favorite spot. The beaches were beautiful and the resort was amazing, especially the nice pool after a long day on the beautiful beach! Make sure you catch a sunset! Perfect family spot and we’ll definitely be renting with Resort Realty again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great experience! The unit was perfect for our needs and had everything we needed. The resort area was also very nice and we enjoyed the area. We have stayed in the St. Pete area several times and this is the best area with very nice condos.
