Land's End 8-303 Beach Front

Great location, the unit was in a perfect place. It looked as advertised but could use a little updating. Comparing it to other similar places we've stayed in the past, the supplies provided were a bit low--would be nice to have more than 2 garbage bags, rolls of TP, etc.. Beach towels would be a nice addition. Overall, very happy with it and would recommend to others.

Our stay at Land's End through Resort Rentals was great! Resort Rentals had excellent communication and were friendly and helpful. The condo was well stocked and clean. The bathrooms could use an update but were clean and in good condition. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. It was easy to get to restaurants and over the bridge back into town. The beach was beautiful and never crowded. The property is still recovering from recent hurricanes but they are making efforts to replace the landscaping and pool beach access was not impacted. We would stay here again!

My stay was very nice. It was easy to access the condo because of the code on the door and we did not have to pick up or return a key. The condo was very clean and had updated appliances. There are a few things I would add if it was my condo and that would be luggage racks in the bedrooms - I don't usually put my clothes in dresser drawers while I am on vacation so putting the suitcases on a luggage rack would be helpful. And being a coffee drinker, I would add a more substantial coffee maker. Other than that, all was good and hopefullly, next year, I will return.

Even though the condo we stayed in wasn’t updated it was clean and mostly comfortable. It had the comfort height toilets and we appreciated that. However the ice maker did not work and there was no ice cube trays so for a month we had to buy ice. Also the porch door screeched something terrible every time we opened it or closed it. For two weeks the renters above us were very very noisy. I had to complain to the gate guard. I will try to get the top floor next time.

Found a cockroach in the condo. RR said they have the outdoors sprayed but it is up to the owners to spray indoors. Owner’s beach chairs were inadequate. RR loaned us really nice ones & an umbrella. Would definitely book again with Resort Realty!! Would just upgrade to a Premier condo!

Very tastefully finished, well stocked with utensils and crockery, The kitchen renovations and appliances really elevated the condo, and there was no unnecessary clutter to detract from the light and airy living space. We already knew that this location is just about perfect - it is why we come back year after year, and having such a well-appointed unit was an added bonus. Kudos to the owners for doing such a good job, it was a real pleasure to stay here.

We stayed here for family vacation and were very pleased with our trip. This condo is close to many restaurants and shops, driving distance to downtown St. Pete, and even Orlando for a trip to the parks (just over an hour). Very clean and well maintained property. Most impressive was that we were 2 minutes walk time from what is basically a private beach - very limited traffic since we were on sunset beach peninsula and this area of the beach is just off the Lands End condo association. Amazing sunsets from the patio or the beach right outside your building. Very large pool with plenty of chaise seating any time of day. Highly recommend!

Comfortable furniture, beautiful decorating...we really enjoyed our time in the condo.
Our only suggestion to the owner is to get a TV cable package which includes HD on all the channels. We were here during the NCAA basketball tournament, and watching games on "non" HD channels was very frustrating.
We would recommend Woody's Waterfront, Sloppy Joe's and Back Fin Blu restaurants for delicious, local food.
Lands End's grounds are beautiful - loved swimming in the pool, and walking the boardwalk. We had a great vacation. Resort Rentals was easy to work with-their staff members are friendly and attentive. Looking forward to returning next year.
