Clean, beautiful, prime location- perfection. Only problem was when it came to an end and saying goodbye to the view! Cannot wait to return.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo with an amazing ocean view. Everything was clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were updated and clean. We love the parking garage and the easy code access to our building and condo. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was nice and is convenient to everything in the area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The ceiling in the second bedroom is covered in mold, so we could not use the room and kept the door closed so we did not have to breathe it. One of the two rocking chairs in the main rooms was broken, so we could not use it. The toaster does not work, so we toasted bread in the oven. The silicone spatula was so flimsy that it left half of the scrambled eggs in the skillets, so we went out and bought one that could do the job.

Very nice condo in great location. Has water damage/mold on ceiling of second bedroom, broken chair in family room, and a toaster that does not work. Otherwise, had a good time! Enjoyed the area, the beaches, and the seafood!

Great place in John’s Pass. Great view of ocean across the street. Walkable to everything. Unit was clean and parking usually not an issue. Would have liked to see attendants cleaning the hall and vestibule (floor and windows) more often. Overall, great experience though. Would stay again.

The pictures of the property were deceiving as I was under the impression the pool was for just that condo I was staying at however it was just a short walk. Additionally to utilize the gym and get a parking pass we had to walk to a separate building. Overall, the condo was updated and in a good walking distance from the beach and john’s pass.

The resort was well situated on the strip in both proximity to Johns pass and the beach. I enjoyed walking the miles of sand and surf. The suit was well equipped with everything I needed. Looking forward to returning one day

First I want to commend the housekeeper! This condo was probably the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed in! Not a speck of dirt anywhere. Even though we had some bumps along the way with an elevator that quit (only for about four hrs) and a bed that broke (fixed immediately the next morning), Resort Rentals did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of! I would absolutely book this unit again! Great location to the beach and amazing view! My small suggestions would just be to replace the cooking sheets as they were worn, replace batteries in remote in living room as it only worked sometimes, some pot holders or oven mitts and perhaps a new pot to boil water in :) and these are just tiny things, otherwise A+!!!

Stayed here with my family (2 adults, 2 kids 7 and 4). Very clean property, close to Johns pass, easy walk to the beach. Will be back!

This was our second time in six months, staying at this location different unit rented. both units are set up the same. It is so convenient being close to the shopping area and the restaurants as well as right across from public access to the beach.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The beach access right across the street was nice, especially without having a car. The condo was stocked with everything we needed..plus stuff for the beach! There is a small ice chest, beach chairs and several umbrellas and even fishing poles. We left my duaghters sand toys for future guests also ? We loved that we were so close to food and entertainment. We walked to John's Pass several times to eat, shop, and get ice cream! The condo was exactly as described and felt safe. It was easy to find and easy to access with security codes. The only recommendation I would have is with the house keeping needing to give the place a good floor cleaning. But other than that our stay was perfect and we would def stay again!

We enjoyed ourselves immensely this place is close to everything. The neighbors are quite and respectful and everybody is freindly. The food is great The beach even better. What is there to say we had a great time. Would have loved to stayva couple more days.Maybe for next July we will be in a condo in the beach at Madeira or Cearwater..So We will be prepared for next vacation my son had a great experience in the water he was diagnostic with asperger when he was little and not matter that he is doing amazing thank you God that he love it.Thank you.

The elevator didn't work two of the days which was very inconvient and difficult for us to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs. Besides that everything was good.

We like to stay in Madeira Beach on 4th of July. We spend anywhere from 2-5 days. First time at his location. Parking was convenient and view to the Gulf from condo. We had everything we needed to enjoy our time in the beach. Short walk across the street to beach access. We have dinner with friends near our condo. Our friends stay at same complex. We don’t use any of the facilities, so what we like is simple and enjoyable that we are so close to the beach.

We had an amazing vacation at Madeira Bay Resort! We spent our days at the beach (directly across the street) and nights at John’s Pass (directly next door) The location can’t be beat! We had everything we needed for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will definitely book again!
