This was a great place that was convenient to restaurants and shops. The beach was incredible and access was just a few steps. One thing I think you should really consider is getting either smart TVs or adding a smart device such as Roku. The current cable lineup is very lacking.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved that the beach was just a walking distance away. It never seemed crowded in the area where we stayed. Such a beautiful view to see the sunset in the evening from our balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo in an awesome location! We watched the sunset from our large balcony and spent each day on the white sand beach in our backyard. The condo and linens were clean and well appointed. The only criticism I have is that the floor needed a mopping as our feet were black from walking on it each day. (I would have mopped it myself but there was only a broom and a duster in the condo.) We would gladly stay here again!

Another wonderful month at Oceana! We love everything about this place. You can't beat the location and wonderful view of the beach from both living and bedrooms. The condo is well equipped and very clean. Just steps away is a grocery store and there are many wonderful restaurants and shops just minutes away. We are looking forward to next year!

Great view with assess to the beach. Clean condo.

This is my third stay at a property with this company and they are always very clear and communicative. This is my favorite spot so far. The apartment was clean, felt completely new and updated, and I loved the private balcony.
The pool and hot tub were both clean and warm, and seeing it cleaned/maintained early in the morning was a huge plus since that shows that, even in mid January, it’s well maintained.
The beach was literally right there!
Beds were comfortable, linens were clean. Apartment was immaculate.
Next time I come to Treasure Island, I will be attempting to book this location!

Easy check in, condo was as expected, great view, large balcony, absolutely perfect for our weekend of 2 couples. Clean, ready for us. Sofa, bar stools/kitchen chairs not very comfortable, but they were okay. Sofa /chair felt a little worm, but totally usable. Perfect space for 4 of us, would have been snug (but livable) for 6. Bathroom countertops have zero room to spread put toiletries and no shelf or anything. I would definitely rent here again. we did drive to and bars, not sure how many are easily walkable, but wasn't our plan. Publix was very close!

Being Floridians we enjoy our beaches. We try to stay at the beach 1 week a year every year. This condo offers good amenities and a great view of those wonderful Florida sunsets! We had just a couple minor hiccups. The ceiling fans were covered in dust and it looked like snow falling when turned on (dust falling). So we had to clean 2 of the 3 fans and that fixed that problem. Problem #2 was both showers only trickled out water, requiring us to call the office who sent out a handyman who promptly took the heads off and cleaned them up and we were back in business. Beautiful place would definitely rent again. Lots of restaurants close by and many activities besides the beach, pool and jacuzzi. Had a great time.

We spent an entire month at Oceana in Apt 202W. Loved every minute! The apartment was clean and well stocked as far with kitchenware. We went to the beach almost everyday and when the weather was poor (only a few times) we still had a beautiful view. I do wish the living room sofa was a bit more comfortable, but thats very minor in comparison to our entire visit. We enjoyed it so much that we've already booked it for next year!

Oceana 202w was just perfect. The condo was so clean and the check in was a breeze. Friendly staff in their office. It was very quiet and easy access to the beach. Convenient to any place you wanted to go and eat and grocery store close by. Kitchen was stocked with things to cook with. The beach was never over crowded and that’s what we were looking for most of all. We have been going to Panama City Beach, Florida for over 30 years and it has become so crowded to get a spot on the beach and so much traffic. No traffic and got right into restaurants, in Treasure Island, Florida. We will be returning again!

Location within Treasure Island couldn’t have been better and ocean frontage was just as promised. The condo was very clean and had everything to get us started. The sign in the master bathroom stated towels could be exchanged, however, that was not the case since it was rented by the owner instead of Oceana management. Overall, we would definitely rent there again!

The place was great, we were very happy with our stay and the view we had. The rooftop was amazing to see the sunsets. We would stay here again.

This was a beautiful, clean, well equipped condo. The view is to die for. The pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained and private. The only wish I would have is for the pool area to be open a bit later. The hours were 9-9.
