Great place for a quick getaway, 4 min walk to beach, great environment, old Florida style apartments, sitting areas outside rooms were nice and courtyard was a plus for the kids to eat while they dried off from the beach and pool, very safe for a mom alone with kids, would stay again!- Posted: 6/24/2024

Excellent stay all around. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. They even provide a cart and chairs you can roll down to the beach! Lots to do in the area, and it's easy walking distance to beach access. Would definitely stay there again!- Posted: 6/9/2024

I loved our place at Royal Orleans. My son and i stayed for a week. Everyone there was friendly. The couple questions that came up were responded to efficiently. It was great to have beach chairs and such a short walk to the beach, we were there every day. Great places to eat in walking distance and we rode the trolley to Madeira beach, John's Pass, grocery store. I would definetly stay here again. Thank you- Posted: 5/29/2024

Was a perfect place to stay, provided everything we needed. I could say the air conditioning units need some attention and the road side can be a bit noisy at times mainly due to early morning drivers with their large American wagons rumbling.
Apart from that is was fine, bed comfy, tv good, kitchen clean and all working well.- Posted: 4/14/2024

Our room was perfect for our family of four! The location was perfect, being we were right across the street from the ocean. The heated pool was also a plus on those days we just wanted to lounge in the water. Everyone there was very friendly too! It was also a nice surprise to have a sand wagon and chairs for the beach! We have come back to Royal Orleans three times now. The area is perfect for this retired couple.
Close to the beach, eateries, tennis courts, fairly quiet The rooms were pretty dark but that probably can’t be helped, outside windows are limited. Brighter light bulbs would have helped.- Posted: 3/2/2024
