The condo was great and it was very clean. I called the Property Manger to let them know that the fridge wasn't cooling and I also called them about a toilet in the primary bedroom that kept running all night long. They said someone would come out but nobody ever came. The fridge took 2 full days to cool down our drinks and food. The running toilet was still running when we left on Saturday morning.

The condo was nice and clean however the master bedroom had a terrible (Cat urine) odor. My sister in law had to leave the unit due to allergic reaction and then my niece tried dto stay there but had to sleep in other bedroom. Master suite was unusable. . The elevator is extremely slow- so we used the steps a lot. Beach was beautiful and family oriented. Pool is a little small (but kids swam) and we had issues with teenagers jumping the fence to swim and party (Police were there twice- second time they threw fireworks at our condo-causing more police and fire department)

If location is the most important thing to you this place is great. However overall the unit is a little shabby and could use a thorough cleaning . Even though it lists no beach chairs or other Beach toys there were plenty in the apartment. Kitchen in the un8t was very well equipped with everything you need. Be aware there is no laundry in the unit which I did not realize. And there is no ice maker so if you want ice when you make your purchases at the grocery store make sure you pick some up

That is great the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. We apologize you felt the unit needed updating. Great location with access to a pool and the beach. Near all attractions and restaurants. Rental agent was responsive and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out.

Wonderful location. Pool and ocean are great Only thing lacking was that the property needs a thorough cleaning and some cleaning equipment so longer rentals can tidy up while they are there

Condo was spacious & very clean. There was someone on the premises every day doing something to keep the grounds clean. Very beautiful being on beach front. I thought the price for a 7-day stay was reasonable & customary. There bed in the single bedroom had where on the bed frame with no locks to lock the bed in place. The bed rolls away from you as you sit on the side of the bed. Beds were very very firm. There are no grab bars in either bathroom. Light switches in both bedrooms did not work. You had to use the pull chains & if you are short, you are SOL. The gap between the pool & the edge of the pool looked like there was mildew or something blackish there.

Our family with multiple teenagers enjoyed the week stay. Enough space even on rainy days. The couch was comfy, and the table was big enough for all. Loved being able to take steps downstairs, the elevator is slow. The view from the balcony was enjoyed the entire week. Property was well cleaned each morning. (pool, steps, and trash outside) Forks were limited. We used disposable to reduce time in the kitchen so it didn't impact us.

A great location and great amenities within the complex. The condo was clean and comfortable. The rental agents were friendly, professional and responsive. Overall a great vacation spot for couples and families.

We had a great week! The condo was very nice. It was clean, well stocked but it didn’t mention in the description or I just missed it about the washer and dryer. I didn’t know it was not included in the condo. We had to ask around and found out there was a washer and dryer located on the 4th and 7th floors. We were on the first floor so we were disappointed with that. It also wasn’t a week I would have chosen if it wasn’t for the fact my two college daughters had Spring break at the same time so we had to go during the week we did and the cost of the rental was doubled or even more than if we had gone a different week. Just hate when prices get jacked up for that reason. Others we spoke with that were there at the same time didn’t pay the price we had to pay. Oh well, we paid it anyways and had a great week with our daughters. The location was perfect, the view was beautiful and the beach area was the prettiest out of the others around us. It was flat and no sand dunes in our view.
