Welcome to Sea Shell #28 a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse is nestled on the Intracoastal Waterway. The main level features a spacious open living and dining area, complete with comfy oversized couches and a large dining table that seats six. Step out onto the screened-in private balcony for some fresh air and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals as you enjoy time with your family and friends.

Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a cozy queen bed, TV, and an attached bathroom for your comfort. The guest bedroom is equipped with two queen beds and its own TV. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, and take advantage of the garage, which and accommodate two cars.

The beach is within easy walking distance from this location. You can also relax on a comfy lounge chair with a good book at the beautiful, sparkling pool (heated in the winter) on site. If you like to fish, no reason to leave - there's a private fishing dock and kayak launch at the property.

We know the main attraction here are the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. However, there are endless places, restaurants, and activities at laid back Indian Shores you must try while staying here. Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog and Parrot Beach Pub, and more! If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. You won’t run out of things to do here!!

Fantastic rental! This condo was exactly as described and pictures were spot on. Our family had a wonderful vacation in this great location. This condo was right next to a little store that had many staple items. Even a cute ice cream shop next to it. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We cooked many meals in the perfectly stocked kitchen. It had plenty of towels and all the start-up supplies needed in the bathrooms and kitchen. The pool area was well kept and clean. We had a few cold days that were spent in the heated pool instead of at the ocean. The ocean was a short walk and the dock area was perfect to fish from and relax with beautiful views of dolphins and boats passing by. Communication from the host was wonderful. Tons of room in this condo! We have two teenagers in our family of 4 and highly recommend this place! Thank you for having us!

Cute place right between the bay (with small fishing pier) and across the street from the beach!
Public access within 0.25 miles from place (no parking at access point, but easily walkable).
