In addition to the spacious condo the area has great amenities nearby. Pub across the street with good food, convenience store half a block away, and several other dining places within a few blocks.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the check-in process did not go smoothly at all, we truly enjoyed our month-long stay. The condo was spacious and had plenty of dishes, towels and other amenities. The property itself was very quiet and nice. We would highly recommend the unit and will definitely consider it for our snowbird stay in 2022.

Excellent location and very well laid out and equipped condo. The views are even better than the pictures. Very comfortable with everything you need to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and lots of dishes. You can walk to all the shops and restaurants in Indian Rocks, and the beach a few steps from the complex was not very crowded. We have no reservations in recommending this unit to others.

The condo has a less crowded beach front than many of the neighbors, but there is grat dining and grocery options within walking distance. The condo is spacious and the view of the gulf provided a wonderful respite from our typical pace. The sunsets were breathtaking and the pool was never crowded. My family will definitely return for a future visit!

We had plenty of room and it had everything we needed. It is a great location and very safe. The pool is a very nice size and has toys for the kids to play with. The beach is steps away and there were chairs, umbrellas and beach toys too. I only left the condo to get more food for my kids. There was a great pizza place across the street and an ice cream shop too. We can't wait to go back!!
