The accommodations were very comfortable for our family vacation. Spacious and everything you need. The sunsets at night are incredible, the beach and pool just steps away. Kitchen has everything you need to cook family dinners. Super Kid friendly. Can't wait to stay again and this will be our family tradition for years to come. My fiancé, like the pool being and the beach being close. We had one excellent sunset. We were close to everything we wanted to do We didn’t like that the hurricane came and we had to leave early. We think we should’ve been refunded at least one days worth.

This is an amazing rental for families! Unit was spacious for our family of 5, access & views of the beach were unmatched! A lot of restaurants & a candy shop within minutes for walking post beach day. We will definitely be booking this rental again!

The location was fantastic and just what we hoped for. The apartment was beautiful and provided everything we needed. We were extremely lucky to having the apartment block to our selves for the first two nights which was heaven. However, when two of the apartments were then occupied we were not disturbed by any noise at all. To be able to access the beach by just walking through a gate was a dream come true. Having to collect the keys from the office and take them back was on the last day was a problem. The barbeque by the pool was extremely dirty and although we had not wanted to use it, it should have been cleaned. The pool and pool area had not been cleaned and we cleaned it ourselves with the net. I used buckets of water to wash the sand off the pool area as we were carrying the sand up the stairs with us.

Beachfront location was perfect - walk out the door to the beach. Great view of sunsets from porch. Also having the pool was a big plus. King size bed was very comfortable. Wished we did not have to pickup keys at rental office. Also would have liked a gas grill instead of charcoal.

We wanted a getaway with privacy and just the beach in the backyard, this was the perfect stay. Enjoyed the freedom of walking couple steps to the beach, hung out on the balcony at sunrise/sunset. Bring a tent/beach umbrella/floats/tube because you gonna need it. Water is calm and turquoise green. Places to eat around there was couple mins away..walking or driving. Ordered pizza from beach pizzaplus while we hung out on the beach. 5 mins walk to pick it up. We ate at the Conch Republic and took a sunset dinner cruise with Starlite cruises. Place is as described in pics, place does need some updating like fresh paint and replace the fans on balcony some were missing blades and in apt. they couldn’t go on high or medium speed all had to be set on low. Thought they would fall off the ceiling with all the wiggling and noise. If you don’t like people walking over your head get the top floor because that was super annoying to hear shoes thumping all hours over your head.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Beach was peaceful, house was as described, pool was clean with adequate furnishings. Our bed was soft and the bathrooms were updated. Beautiful sunset view from the back balcony and flat beach is easy for walking out.
Please note that the key must be picked up and dropped off about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. If you are going to/from the airport, it’s out of the way. They do not offer an early check-in even if the unit is ready, that was disappointing. Kitchen definitely needed a few more items, 1 small baking sheet didn’t quite cut it. There were no plastic containers of any kind for storing leftovers and it was lacking several dishes.
Despite those minor things we would stay here again.
Thankful for a peaceful vacation.

We loved our stay at this condo. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Condo is fully stocked with all the amenities you need (appliances, washer/dryer, TV, pots/pans, utensils, etc.). Amazing views & fantastic sunsets. The entrance to many of the beach-front condos are directly off the main road (Gulf Blvd) but this condo is tucked in/away from the main road (on Sunset Blvd) ...so much easier to get in and out of. Hardly any traffic goes by at all. Plenty of private parking space.
The public park directly across from the condo is great. Would workout there every morning, and shoot baskets with my son in the evenings. Beach access is excellent. Lots of cute shops, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and mini golfing nearby. You can walk with your family to the Candy Kitchen and get ice cream and old school cand any time you're in the mood. :) Also give Rita's Italian Ice a try. Plug it into your phone/GPS. Only a couple minutes away - so good!

Two minor complaints: 1. Key pickup is in St. Pete's. Luckily that was our route, but that info should be in the advertisement. 2. Unclear if checkout time is 10 a.m. to vacate the property or to return the key. We ended up leaving at 9:30 to make sure we got the key back on time. Other than that, the location is absolutely stunning, and the condo was very nice, spacious and had all the amenities listed (coffee would have been nice). I watched the sunrise from the master bedroom, and the sunset from the living room/deck area. It was everything I imagined a beachfront property to be and so much more. It was generally quiet, and serene. I would likely choose this condo again, only I'd choose the upper-level unit to avoid the noise of people above you. My family and I absolutely loved it - great place for R&R.

All check-in instructions can be conveniently found in our guest portal that we send out 90 days before arrival! Check-OUT is 10A.M. Great site. Stunning sunsets and easy access to the beach. Place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Linens were clean. Kitchen and Bathrooms were very nice. Pictures are an accurate depiction of what you are renting.
The reviews stating the walls are thin is accurate. I thought I heard thunder the first time the person upstairs opened their sliding glass door. Also, the drive to pick up and drop off the key is about 30 minutes round trip. Odd that they don’t update this inconvenience that cuts an hour off any vacation.

Other than having to go down to St. Pete's beach for the keys, we were very happy with the condo. A lockbox at the unit would be great. It was out of our way to have to drive south to drop off the keys and go back north to St. Pete's airport. It adds about 20 unnecessary minutes to our trip. The condo was clean and very comfortable.

The pool was our kids favorite! A quick walk to the ocean was amazing as well. The process to obtain keys needs to be updated. It is 20 minutes out of the way. Maybe a lock box on site would be more convenient for guests, especially after traveling 8 hours on a plane with kids! The chairs on the balcony also need updating, but otherwise not many complaints. We had a great time and would return!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and spent a great deal of time on the waterfront balcony. We had good neighbors and that helps because everyone used the same stairs, past the units, to get to the beach. There was construction going on next door so we did have to keep the windows closed at times. An easy walk to the convenience store and a wonderful neighborhood restaurant on the same street. Access to the beach is fantastic. This was a girlfriend getaway for two and I recommend this property for this.

My family and I stayed at Sunset Villas 2, which is on the lower level of a 4-plex (two units on top and two units on the bottom). The location was perfect with the back patio overlooking the pool and beach! We had an issue where the AC stopped working, but with the Nest thermometers, the HVAC company came out to fix the issue before we had the chance to call the rental company. Most of the time we only had to share the pool with one other family since the other units checked out the day we arrived. The only minor frustration we had was that on our last night, two families arrived in the upper units and we could clearly hear their footsteps throughout the night - to the point where we were unable to sleep. Luckily, it was only for our last night, so the inconvenience was minimal.

Nice stay when I was there I had the whole place to myself. It’s so nice that the beach is so close and so beautiful kitchen was huge only negative was that the deck off of the master bedroom was not towards the water I thought it wise. They should have a floorplan

A few steps out the back door and there you are. The beach is very quiet which I personally enjoy and it is close proximity to many restaurants. The park across the street is great for kids. Mine loved it! We would definitely return.
If I have any complaints it would be that 1) You have to pick up your keys about 20 minutes away in St Pete Beach. Not a huge deal and the people are very friendly but still an inconvenience if you're coming from the north. 2) We were in one of the downstairs units and you can definitely hear the people above you moving around and walking. It wasn't an issue of them being rowdy or jumping around (they were very nice and quiet) it was simply the sounds echoing from the floor above us. We would definitely book an upstairs unit next time!

We have a child with special needs who goes in and out of the pool a lot, it is so convenient to be able to go right up the stairs and get her settled the sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. We also love all the safety locks on the gates to give us extra security. The convenience of Beachside Grille (favorite dinner spot)and the Candy Kitchen. The unit was clean, quiet, and easily accessible to the beach. Very nice covered area by the grill, which came in handy when it rained. It's a charcoal grill, not gas, so come prepared. The unit could have used a couple more chairs, but for 2 people, we had plenty of furniture.

You often worry that the pictures on the web site are often not as they appear . The place was true to the pictures . A glorious clean and stunning views . The villa was spotless and the beds very comfortable . You were footsteps from the beach . The neighbors were all very respectable to each other and friendly . We miss the place already .

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, although the SAND was tracked into the condo, from the outside deck. there was so much sand on the floor we couldn't get rid of it. we used the hose and cleared moat of the sand out by the shower, however, it did no good, i tried to hose off the steps, hose was too short.sand was back within hours. i even rinsed the rug out by the steps, did no good, made the floors in the condo slippery, sand every where . some is to be expected. the only other thing was, there was no bath soap which i didn't bring, i asked the house keeper she gave us one tiny bar. other than that- It was great!

The inground pool is a nice diversion from the Gulf. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay but we did notice, as did the other guests, there that the property is beginning to look a little run down. It was not as clean as it was in the past and the furnishings were starting to look a little worn.. Especially the kitchen. While everything we needed was there the décor needs a facelift. There were no problem with the rental company and I feel they were welcoming. Since we love Redington Shores so much we would definatley come again.

The owners update and renovate frequently but it still retains it's "beachy" feel. The property management company is very good.

We had great walks along the beach and to local stores for ice cream, pizza or dinner. We ate our pizza on the deck with one of our sunsets..,.what a perfect evening. Having two bathrooms was great. Laundry on site was helpful. The kitchen set up was also great. We spent most of our time on the deck, listening to the waves and sea gulls, having a drink and good conversation.
