The location is perfect, the work station works out great, the views are spectactular, been coming for 8 years love it, but the price is getting up there, hope i can keep coming Cost

The room was very clean and it was a great location and a nice property with a few unexpected amenities like a beach bar, 2 pools, bike rentals on site, etc. It was nice not having to go crazy with chores before checking out (Just the understandable basics).

Beautiful room with a stocked beach closet! Kids loved having so many toys to choose from. The beds were very comfy and the pull out couch was super easy to take in and out. My only complaint was all the breakable decor. We had to run around gathering a ton of stuff to put on the bar so my 1yo couldn't toss them across the room. I would also suggest some plastic cups/dishes. Everything else was wonderful.

THE SIZE OF THE CONDO WAS PERFECT. THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE VIEW WAS QUITE NICE. NOT MUCH - CONDO WAS AS ADVERTISED. WOULD DEFFINITELY RECCOMMEND. THANS AGAIN!!!!!

Great location. I was there with my wife and my 7 yrs old son and we had great time. Nice pool (a little too hot for us) but clean and big enough for everyone to play. The condo was clean and had perfect things to cook & games to play. Amazing location for restaurant, beach & all. We will definitely come back. Thanks!

Super cute, clean condo with all things you need for a family of 4 to feel comfortable. The location was great!! Very close to lots of good restaurants and walkable (.5 mile) to John’s pass, which has tons of shopping, fun activities and food. The pool is nice and was heated which is a must in February, hot tub was nice and warm as well. They have a bar that opens at noon very close to the pool, and also a cafe on property that has yummy food and drinks. The beach is very pretty with white sand and plenty of room to have your own area. We really enjoyed our time there and would book again.

Condo in excellent condition as listed. Easy access to local area even without a car. The sun coast trolley inexpensive with day group pass on Flamingo app. Right on the beach & plenty of pool area as well. Highly recommend!!!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The resort and grounds were clean and staff friendly! Beach access was perfect. Pool/hot tub were great on cooler days!

We have stayed at this complex before(not this particular room), and everything was great as last time we stayed. Heated pool, hot tub and bar all on site and is directly on the beach. They had chairs and some sand toys for the kids. Everything was as listed on the description. Will definitely return.

Loved the location and resort. Easy access to the pool and beach. The covered parking was nice. It was close to everything. I really liked the key code lock which made it easy so we didn’t need cards to take with us or get lost. Would definitely go back again.

Very comfortable bed. Condo was spotless! Pool, tiki bar lots of friendly people. Cafe was excellent for breakfast & lunch! I would recommend renting a car as the trolleys were not readily available.

If you're looking for an affordable place to enjoy the ocean, this is it.
I took my family and my patents here to stay. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it possible to comfortbaly sleep and get ready here. With two small children, it was a bit tight in our room to fit the pack n' play! The rooms appeared clean, but I did fine some sort of drink packet on the bedroom floor. I would guess a deep clean of the room may be in order.
There's all the cookware you would need in the kitchen and a four seated table. The balcony allows for a beautiful view of the ocean! We were able to walk out of the resort right to the water. There's a small bar right before accessing the beach.
There's plenty of restaurants to enjoy nearby, but a car is definitely required to get around town. There's close access to most anything you need, and the airport is about 30 minutes away.
We greatly enjoyed our stay!

The communication was superb & condo was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked. I really don't have anything negative to say about the stay there. There is a lot to do around the area. Minute walk to the beach! Great parking. Just super pleased.

This condo is quiet, clean, great security, awesome location and stocked with everything you need! It has a great balcony to enjoy morning coffee with ocean views. We also loved the closet stocked with goodies.....from board games, beach chairs, to floats! The beach access was a plus, and the pool/hot tub is large and clean! We used Uber to make our Publix grocery store run and walked right across the street to Circle K for a few random stuff throughout our stay. I highly recommend carving out some time for lunch and shopping at John's Pass, which is less than a 5 minute drive(we use trolley or Uber ). If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo in a great location on a beautiful beach, then this is your place! Wish the property had a bigger beach bar and pool would have stayed open a little later than 10:00 p.m.

We had an absolutely amazing time. The condo was spotless and beautiful. It had a great view of the ocean. Everything was within walking distance 1 to 2 miles. Even if you didn’t feel like walking it was only a seven dollar Uber ride 2 miles away, lots to do for everyone. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook it had a coffee maker and a Keurig. The café was so good and affordable. Breakfast there was dynamite. There are beach towels provided by the resort however, there are not beach towels in your room. There is a closet in the room that actually had a cooler and beach toys and floats for use as well. The staff was great. We would definitely come back.

Phenomenal stay, would recommend to all! Walking distance to John's Pass, great beach, great bar and cafe on site, nice pool area, and super convenient covered parking right by the room. Has all necessary amenities, just have to bring your own condiments and spices if you intend on cooking there - not a big deal to us. Comfortable sleeping and great views as well.

We loved our stay! We were steps off of the beach, a short walk to John’s pass and various activities and a short drive to other beaches, Tampa and Clearwater. Our only complaints were that the beach chairs weren’t in great shape and the sliding door off of the living room didn’t lock. We did have to purchase all groceries as there is nothing provided (no salt and pepper and no basics) but the pots and pans were in great shape and there were plenty of utensils. The view from the room was amazing as well, on the corner but still gorgeous. We did visit the bar at the facility and it was good as well. One bathroom had a hair dryer and the other did not. The bedroom close to the front entrance of the condo was a little loud due to the elevator being directly across from the condo entrance but otherwise is was a great stay. Parking was simple and you have an assigned spot which is always nice.

Sometimes they are left behind by previous guests and we try try to throw them out when they are in rough condition. So sorry for that! Were you able to give us a call about the sliding door while you were here? The condo was very clean and had all the necessities like beach toys, towels and cooler. Also came with hair dryers. It’s a good location. There was a circle k across the street as well as grocery store less than 1 mile away. Pool was great. Beach access was an easy walk right out the back of the property. Plus covered parking space. Great experience.

At first I was hesitant to book the room as it was a newer listing with only one review, but I’m so glad I did! The room was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a nice ocean view. We had a small issue when we first arrived with the code to enter the room but maintenance contacted us back within a couple minutes and got us right in. There was an issue was with the small kiddie pool. My daughter is 3 and really wanted to swim in that pool. She was in there for a min and we both noticed pieces of poop all over the bottom of the pool. We obviously got right out and went to the larger pool. Other than that I have to say it was a great resort and if we are ever in the area again I would definitely stay again.

The bed was super comfy in the master where we slept. The porch was perfect with the views of the ocean. Was perfect location and beautiful to walk along the shore or even go for a swim. Everyone was very friendly. I would deff highly recommend and even stay at this location again myself!! Very pleased!!!!

The room was exactly as shown. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We were very surprised to not have to purchase things like paper towels or towel paper, there was also a closet full with 4 beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. Loved how easy it was to get to the pool area and beach area. Definitely will stay here again.

We have never been to Florida and friends were staying here so we agreed to stay. It was A GREAT place! The pictures were exactly what we got, easy and close beach access, clean pools, and clean room. Having our own assigned parking made it easy to come and go. We had a 1yr old, 12yr old, and 17yr old and we were happy with space we had. We will definitely stay here again. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking and short driving distance.

407S showed up as a new listing with VRBO. My friend and his family rented on the same property just with different owners. Our room was up to date with all the amenities, furniture, light fixtures etc. There’s even board games and beach toys for the guests and their families. Beautiful beach view as well. The one thing they need to do is update the keypad code and make sure that there’s an actual parking pass in room as they tell you in the email prior to your stay. Other than that everything is great.
