Sunset Vistas 501W

I came down for a long weekend alone not sure what to expect post hurricane. My unit was very clean, hot tubs were working and the beach was cleaned up! I loved walking to Lisa’s for brunch and John’s Pass for dinner. I will definitely be back!

Wir waren zu 4. mit zwei Paaren hier und haben die Unterkunft für 2 Nächte gebucht, nachdem unser zunächst gebuchtes Domizil wegen der Hurricaneschäden storniert wurde. Hier im Sunset Vistas war lediglich der Außenbereich mit den Pools in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, jedoch hätten wir den sowieso nicht genutzt mit dem schönen Strand direkt vor der Tür. Die Parkplätze sind ebenerdig unter dem Gebäude. Hier sieht man auch, dass es schon etwas älter sein dürfte. Es steht ein fester Parkplatz je Wohneinheit zur Verfügung, der zu unserer Wohnung (501W) war gleich in der Nähe des Aufzugs. Für unser zweites Auto haben wir dennoch eine Lösung gefunden. Die Wohnung war renoviert und die Einrichtung der Wohnung war ok, alles in gutem Zustand und in der Küche gab es eigentlich alles, was wir brauchten, auch eine Keurig-Kaffeemaschine.Aaußerdem sind Strandstühle und Schirme vorhanden. Die Badezimmer schienen ebenfalls relativ neu. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach unschlagbar. Wir würden hier wieder buchen. Die Teppiche in den Schlafzimmern - hier sind uns glatte Böden immer lieber.

Our stay at Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites was absolutely amazing! This was the first time my husband and I traveled to the Gulf of Mexico. The beach was beautiful. Also, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are also other options for transportation (Free Beach Rides, Uber, Public transportation). The cafe and bar at Sunset Vistas are great as well!! The staff was also very friendly and gave great advice for local restaurants/bars! We can't wait to come back!!

The view was nice. Definitely needs a deep clean. There was dust covering the wall in the master bath coming from the vent. Which means the vents haven’t been cleaned in a long time or the furnace filter hasn’t been changed. Also several cockroaches/bugs on the counter and sink area. I moved the toaster and one ran out. Not want you wanna see

Property was beautiful, and was in a perfect location. Room was nice, but the pictures do make the bedrooms look bigger than they were. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t have a little one sleeping on a toddler air mattress. Kitchen wasn’t as stocked as other places we have rented, but it had enough. Wonderful view of the ocean, and sunset. Unit was on their “west” side which doesn’t look over a parking lot. Great trip and would definitely stay at the resort again.

This 5 star rating on the "cleanliness of the property" only applies to the condo. Condo was clean and great view. Kitchen nice and big. Cleaning crew really nice. However, the parking garage was dirty and a bit rowdy with a bar right there and with large dumpster right at the bottom elevator- which was yucky going up and down the floors. Definitely didn't want bare feet walking around.

Sunsets, depth of beach, and property (nice balcony, comfortable unit, pools, hot tub, bar, business and fitness center) made our stay lovely. Communication about fixing our master bathroom tub and sink (not draining) was not effective or efficient with the property management on site.

Unit was super clean. The property was very well maintained. Location and gulf view were excellent. My only suggestion is to have a few more eating and cooking utensils, wine glasses.

We love Sunset Vistas. We have been coming here every year for the last 4-5 years. This is the first time booking this unit but it won’t be the last. Just the view alone was worth every second. Unit had everything we needed. Beach chairs and umbrellas and board games as well as puzzles for night time entertainment. We will definitely be back.

Close to the water. Two full bathrooms. The balcony view is fantastic. Also close to everything like Stores, restaurants, things to do, and sights. Parking. Elevators are very hot this time of the year.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Positives include a nice ocean view and access to the beach. Parking was covered and the assigned spot was close to the elevator and stairs. The bedrooms were pretty small with really no room for a suitcase to sit on the racks. The bedding in both rooms could use a refresh, but the beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great location! Place was clean and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Approximately 1 mile walk to John’s Pass and the beach is fantastic. Do remember to bring your own coffee, salt and pepper, soap and extra toilet paper if staying more than a couple days. The complex has a restaurant and bar and you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. View from the room was fantastic and I would definitely stay again!
