Right on the beach. Comfortable beds. Nice and clean and updated. The view of the beach was spectacular. Loved hearing the waves as I went to sleep. The cons were the pool was not heated, no coffee/bar right on beach(it's in the middle of complex) and the owner does not provide beach towels nor any beach chairs. You can rent a chair for $10 and umbrella for $20 per day.- Posted: 2/8/2025

Great place!!!
This is the third condo we have stayed in at the complex and I believe it has the best furniture. All I would suggest is to get more powerful showerheads and softer bath towels and some beach toys and chairs like other place had. I really liked staying on the top floor.- Posted: 1/18/2025

Great place to stay if your looking for a clean enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend room 603W.
The room was very nice and clean, the property was kept up and very clean. Hotel was withing walking distance to restaurants and stores. First time to the gulf coast was very enjoyable. Breakfast at the cafe was good. Staff was very helpful and nice nothing, everything was great- Posted: 9/9/2024

Picture Perfect
Upon arrival, 603W was better than what we had expected. It was super clean and well taken care of. It had everything you needed or wanted for a wonderful week on the beach. We loved having our own parking place and not worrying about trying to find a spot to park. 603W was very spacious and comfortable and the views from our balcony was priceless. Sunset Vistas is in a great location and each unit has a sunset view off the balcony. The pool was small and the water was VERY warm (not really refreshing) but it’s very hot so I can understand. The unit had everything we needed and was pretty private. It was clean as well and the kitchen had mostly what we needed to cook a meal. Parking is good and we enjoyed the pool bar! Great location and stay
This property is exactly as explained. Some added benefits we really enjoyed. 1. Beds were comfortable. So many vrbo’s the beds a totally worn out. 2. The thermostat was not locked. Amazing views, great location!
Had an amazing stay here. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick through the website. The management company even sent an automated welcome text with the instructions which I really liked. It was very helpful to have the info right in a text for pulling up quickly at the door. The condo is decorated very nicely and the grounds and beach are stunning. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The beach gear provided was a very thoughtful touch.
