Trillium 1A - Premier

The unit was very nice, ocean view was spectacular! Big draw back: no guest parking. And, no elevator on our check out day! I’m 70 and have a bad knee and hip. Imagine carrying our luggage and other things down the stairs?? Caused pain that lasted a long time that day. The staff were very courteous and friendly anytime I called them. Thanks!

Beautiful location about 50 feet off the beach. Make sure to bring beach towels, but beach chairs are included. There are several restaurants in walking distance, as well as St. John’s pier about a half mile down the road. The condo itself was pristine and beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean. Overall a great location for a great price. We will be back!

Location was amazing right on the beach within walking distance or quick bus ride to restaurants, shops and sightseeing. Beautiful view of the gulf with dolphins swimming by from the private balcony. The pool was never crowded on or stay and is decent size for the 15 units in the trillium building. I would highly recommend a stay here.

The view is beautiful especially the sunsets, love the location, restaurants, and Johns Pass. Management was very responsive when we needed assistance. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. The unit is not “newly” remodeled, but in OK condition, the unit was clean on the surface, but a deep cleaning is needed. The unit is directly over the pool, which at times was very noisy.

The unit has a very nice kitchen and was fully stocked with anything you may need. The inviting living room has the right amount of seating and again with a gorgeous view of the gulf. The master bath is very nice with double sinks and a gorgeous walk in shower. We enjoyed spending time on our balcony that overlooked the gulf and the pool. It's the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set. Trilium is situated in the middle of Madeira Beach and just two doors down from Caddy's which was very convenient. We will definitely stay here again and we can't wait to return!

We loved the intimacy of this property. Everything was just as described and the kitchen was very nicely set up with everything we needed! We even had a small surprise in our condo one day as the resort office knew we were celebrating an anniversary and birthday. It was so thoughtful and appreciated! Beautiful views and all the extras! We made some nice friends and are planning to make this our "place" when we travel back! Highly recommended! Thanks so much!

The other renters and owners were friendly. We ate at Dockside Dave's, Sloppy Joes and Caddys. Wish there were more restaurants on the beach in this area. We used Island Hopper to get around. Very efficient and inexpensive. Did not need to rent a car. It is always thrilling when there we spotted dolphins swimming in the Gulf.

Great condo! Right on the beach. It was very clean and has the best stocked kitchen. It was so easy to go to and from the beach each day. The condo is also near John' Pass, which is full of retail and restaurants. It is a great location for a family vacation. You won't be disappointed.

We cooked in several nights and had every kitchen utinsel we needed. We met some of the condo owners and they were extremely welcoming. Only downside was that we were so close to the ocean that the “red tide” odor was hard to get away from. Of course, this is no fault of the owners or management...just a caution to anyone that may be traveling during a potential “red tide” flare up. We would definitely stay here again!

The only real thing the were afraid of was the outside balcony because there grandchildren came over and they FIT right through the rails, YES there was a sign on the sliding glass door but something really needs to be done about that problem before a serious FATAL accident happens. But that's normally when something is put up when a serious Fatal accident happens but then it's going to be to LATE for the property owner. I'm just suggesting this before a LAWSUIT happens.

Thank you for your concern over this and the condo association actually already has informed us that they will be updating all balconies in the upcoming weeks so that all is up to code. We will be sure to provide this feedback to them as well so that they are fully aware of things BUT, there is already a plan in motion and this will very soon be remedied. The bedrooms are nice and beds are comfy. Master bathroom had some issues with the toilet tank but we were able to get by for the time we were there. Pool was a nice addition to our stay and wasn't very busy most of the time. Hallways of the building could do without the carpet as it seems to track every grain of sand back into the unit no matter who hard one tries to keep it out of the building.

On our first day, we sat on the beach and watched the dolphins swimming by. Plenty of cabana's available on the beach also. Everything here was simply "easy". Would return today if we could :)

The management team was very prompt in sending a repairman to our unit to fix.
It would also be great if they had a keypad to enter the unit and bldg instead of using keys. It is just inconvenient if you are coming from the beach and have to fiddle with keys to unlock. Overall great place!

We do apologize for the problems that came up with your washer and dryer during your stay but thank you so much for contacting us to let us know so we could address the issues! Unfortunately things like that do come up but we keep staff in place to take care of any maintenance items and we try to be as quick and efficient as we can with these items so that it does not interfere with your vacation!! We very much understand the key situation and this is something we are working on with the condo associations to get in place. We would love to have that option so that it is more convenient for our guests and hopefully when you are ready to come and stay with us, this is something we will have in place. A couple things that could be approved on were the beach chairs and bathrooms updated. We read in a review that the bathrooms will be updated 12/2015. We had also read that there were ants in the kitchen so we came prepared with ant poison and did not see any ants after we set it out. Would like a gas grill on property and shade in pool area.

Its small size meant the beach and pool area were not overly crowded. I would definitely stay there again. The only negative was that the railings are far apart. I have a toddler and had to bring deck netting to make it safe. I questioned it and Resort Rentals informed me that it was up to code but I wonder if the unit was grandfathered or something. My large almost three year old was able to easily shimmy through the fence between the beach and pool which is the same railing used on the balcony. Other than that, I absolutely loved it and would definitely return but not without my deck netting!

Beautiful views right outside your balcony. Even saw dolphins in the waves one day. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Property is walkable distance to John's Pass for dining, shopping. Also, walkable to bike rentals. Excellently maintained pool area. Quiet--we never heard any other occupants.

Very happy with the stay compaired to what some of the others had down the street 3 miles North had for the same price. Only complaint really would be the sea walls along the beach, where the other beach is just open.

Awesome view right on the beach, smaller pool but was seldom busy. Love the fact it is a smaller Condo Building. My only complaint with the unit was we did have an issue with some pesky ants but certainly would not affect our desire to return.

We love the location and the quiet peaceful atmosphere that the building offers (only 15 condos). 1A is a very nice unit with a modern decor. However, I would suggest that beach loungers be available at the condo rather than having to purchase these for a short stay. While not a major issue, cleaning could be improved upon.
Thank you to the great folks at Resort Rentals for their assistance and cooperation throughout . We are looking forward to our next visit in March/April 2015.
