Everything thing was perfect with this unit and We loved the gulf views from the 2 bedrooms and living room..I would definitely stay in this unit again. I would like to suggest that they clean the sofa or put a sofa cover on it as it is very soiled and I put a sheet on it during my stay,also would suggest they repair or replace blinds in living room as the right side doesn't want to close properly and I also suggest that they should have extra bedspreads for each unit as I discovered the guest bedroom spread had dried blood on the inside of it so I just folded it to the foot of the bed .

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location and the beach are great! My only suggestion is get rid of the keys to get into the building/open the beach gate! They are hard to get to work and a pain to keep track of with multiple people. A door code or even a fob would be a better option.
We had a great week there and the ladies in the office were very nice and helpful!!

Comfortable beds. Awesome TV great on rain delay night! Right on beach. Felt like a millionaire for a week. Comfortable pool. Lobby was clean and spotless. Great private parking. Close to groceries and even a dollar store for those little things that last a week.

Perfect Perfect Location! Literally right on the beach!! The location is so private that we were able to leave canopy, chairs, and toys at the beach while we went to eat or the kids wanted a quick dip in the pool, snack, or nap. Right beside Caddy’s restaurant which we walked to right from the beach in our bathing suits each day whether it was for lunch, dinner, or to grab a happy hour cocktail. A 3 min drive to John’s Pass and a 3 min drive to a grocery store. Plenty of towels, rags, and linen. The king size bed was so fluffy and comfortable to sleep in. It’s not listed in the amenities but there were 2 beach umbrellas, a wagon, beach toys, and a few beach chairs. They were nothing fancy or new but was plenty for our family of 5. The only understandable issue we had was the 10min drive to get and drop off the keys, but once you are settled in and see how those keys guarantee your privacy and security into the building and beach it makes the 10min trip worth it! Location, beach and stunning ocean and sunset views were outstanding!! The beach is so clean and not too crowded. We rented chairs & an umbrella for the week from Sand Dunes Beach Services right next door - so easy & convenient! Loved that we could grab piña coladas for an afternoon treat from Caddy’s just 2 doors down! So many fantastic restaurants, ice cream, shopping in walking or a short drivable distance! We LOVE this area!!
The condo was clean and very nicely decorated with comfy bedding and plenty of bath towels. Kitchen was modest - has what you need.
Overall great condo! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was overdue time to decompress from the craziness of life. The place was perfect and the bed was the best bed for any place I have ever stayed before. The room, pool and beach was a great location for this much needed trip.

Rental was great. Perfect location. Parking spot for this rental was right out of the evaluator which made things very easy. Views from all balconies were great. Rooms were great sizes. Will stay here again in the future as this became my husbands favorite condo.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location can’t be beat! Every morning, we’d sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and watch the dolphins swim by. My husband was able to fish off shore and even had some luck catching some fish. The condo was clean and the furniture was extremely comfortable. Our kids loved the fact that we had the option between the pool or the ocean. The owners provided beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Idalia, but between Air bnb and the host, they were able to work with us and compensate us for the majority of the days we lost out on. We really appreciated that! We will definitely be back!

A nice rental. Decorated nicely. Furniture is new, beds comfy! Building is older, and that shows some in the condo (cabinet drawers stick, ceilings are lower, master bath is small). But overall is great! And it’s right on the beach, there’s no dunes in between you and the water.

Hidden gem! Great condo on the beach overlooking the ocean. We saw dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee on the balcony. The beach was never crowded, and only a short walk to John's Pass. Great place to stay for a relaxed getaway. We'll bring friends and family here next time :)

This was the perfect quick get away from the cold and snow. Unit was very clean, roomy, bright and cheerful. Only a 1mi walk to Johns Pass. We’ll be back next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week at the Trillium 1B condo at the end of February 2020. The reason we chose this condo was because both bedrooms had a view of the beach and the condo did not disappoint! This was a plus because we shared the condo with some friends and didn’t want to debate who would get the better view! The location was great, walking distance to John's Pass and Candy Kitchen right across the street. Short drive to St. Pete Beach and Tampa. The downside was that the beds were very noisy and not comfortable. Also the washing machine kept moving throughout the cycle we thought it was going end up in the hallway! The coffee pot filter was missing but they also have a Keurig machine in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we had only purchased coffee for the regular pot. The condo and building was very clean. Building did not have any grills but the kitchen in the condo was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. There were no beach towels but the condo did have two beach chairs for guest use. Parking was tight and I don’t think a big truck or SUV would fit but we did like that there was assigned parking so we knew our spot would be open no matter what time we arrived at night. We would definitely return to this condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been fortunate to have stayed at The Trillium for the past six years. With only 15 units in the building we see many of the same people each year and have developed some nice friendships. The building is well maintained, right on a well manicured beach and fronts on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Our unit could use some updating with furniture and new windows, but the owner has made some improvements which are appreciated. Dealing with Resort Rentals has been such a pleasure from making reservations to check-in to dealing with maintenance issues. Madeira Beach is definitely the place to be and Trillium is at the heart. We're close to the shopping and dining of John's Pass and the many fine restaurants up and down Gulf Boulevard. We're more than satisfied with Trillium and Madeira Beach as our winter home away from home.
