Trillium 1C - Premier

What a wonderful home away from home. The amenities are more than you can imagine. I want you to know that, despite some hurricane damage and inconvenience, you will be well taken care of. A knowledgeable staff who are only a phone call away, and David, our maintenance person, who was on site when needed. I would love to give a five-star review, but at this point, we were asked not to open, walk onto the balcony, and enjoy the gulf waves crashing and the breeze. Our parking was covered, and you can't get closer to the beach than staying here. Park and use the Trolley, enjoy the beach, and the resestruants close by.

Had a great stay even with TS Debby! Pictures were 100%. Awesome views, literally steps to beach, parking directly under building. Had one issue with disposal and maintenance came out and fixed within hours. We weren’t really expecting it to be done so quickly since Debby came through the night before. We just wanted to let them know about the issue and BAM fixed! Awesome company to work with and will definitely go through them next year!

The location was amazing. Having a first floor unit made it so easy for all of us to go up and out as needed for snacks, drinks, etc. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony. We liked everything. We had one suggestion. The lock on the beach gate and lobby door should be digital. Having to remember to take a key was inconvenient just to go to the beach.

We really liked the location. Close to a lot of restaurants and John’s Pass plus you can’t get any closer to the water then the Trillium. Beach chairs available to rent right in front of the building was a plus and Caddy’s Beach Bar is two buildings down with great food and drinks. Will stay there again.

It is very clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable except my son complained about the top bunk being hard. Overall we enjoyed it. Our second time in this building and we will come back. I would recommend this condo.

This was the best place we have stayed. Unfortunately, The instructions about picking up a key go the gate and the parking tag were not explained in the email or text which would have been helpful. We had to get directions from another family staying next to us. The personnel at the resort rentals office were very short not pleasant to deal with in person or over the phone.
The cleaning staff were pleasant and awesome to deal with.
Suggestion- get a code instead of a key for both entry doors and the gate to the beach. And leave the parking pass in the condos this way your guest don’t have to make extra trip 12 miles off site to get keys and tag and then have to take them back.

We are glad you enjoyed the condo Rita!!! The day you made your reservation you were emailed an invite to our Guest Portal and we also sent you a detailed message in airbnb with check-in instructions, including our address, and how to access your guest portal. The Guest Portal has check in/out info,wifi, door codes, and everything else needed for your stay. Unfortunately, we do not manage the property, only individual units, therefore the grounds keys are out of our control. We can not leave the keys in the condo as they often go missing, and the parking pass needs an expiration date per their association. We are sorry for any troubles!

Overall it was really nice staying there. I have rented my place on AirBnb and I have rented a lot of other places. The only thing that was frustrating was having to buy extra things I personally think should be provided. There was toilet paper and paper towels but we had to go out and buy more by the end of the week. The other issue was having to buy salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a few other basics. Maybe others don't expect this but it seems inconvenient to have things so basic. Still 5 star but wish those things were different.

However we can not provide salt, pepper, cooking oil or anything that due to health department regulations and also to not invite any unwanted pests :) We recommend stopping by the dollar tree for any weekly needs you may have! It was a beautiful view and lovely condo. It was very clean, the blender didn’t work so they dropped a new one off within an hour, washer was very nice, lots of beach stuff, lots of kitchen stuff, pool is nice, janitor was very helpful and friendly, great location. Only downfalls: construction next (I mean right next to our balcony) so we couldn’t sit on the deck all day except after sunset; the cockroach was not welcome; the parking spot is very challenging (figured out it was easier to back in); did not appreciate having to drive all the way to the rental office to get keys after traveling all day.

The view was amazing! The accommodations were spacious and beautiful! Everything you need for the beach! Master bed was very comfortable. My husband has neck and back issues and he never complained once! It was helpful to have Wifi and cable available also. Just like home but better with the beach! The blender pitcher was missing so we were unable to make more than one smoothie at time. The patio door lock (gulf view) was broken and there was no security bar to use like in the master bedroom. We had to improvise with a broom stick handle.

Our family stay in 1C at the Trillium was perfect. It was even great despite the dishwasher breaking on the first day of the trip as it was promptly repaired on the next day. The condo, much to my surprise, had a closet that was stocked full of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, beach mats, sand castle crap) that I didn’t have to buy or feel guilty about tossing at the end of our trip. The designated parking spot is the best in the lot. You’ll save a ton of money on dining by cooking breakfast and packing lunches with the fully stocked kitchen. You can also pack lighter because this condo has a washer and dryer. The walk to John’s Pass is about as far as I’d do but there’s plenty of cheap beach parking down there that’s not in the parking garage. Access to the beach at the Trillium is ridiculously close and I’d definitely stay at this place again.

Open and spacious, clean and comfortable, and everything we needed for a wonderful week on the beach! The large balcony was perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink while enjoying the ocean sights and sounds. The location made it easy for us to walk to cafes and restaurants for all of our meals. Some of the best food that we've had in a long time (Gulf BIstro/Mad Beach Fish House). The beach was clean, groomed daily, and not overly crowded. The parking spot for 1C is sheltered and shaded from the sun. The Resort Rentals process was seamless. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about! Very pleased!

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the area restaurants and the beautiful beach. The unit has a large den area with two sofas and two big chairs. There have been some nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is a big plus. This is an older property and for the price you are paying you might expect it to be like a new condo. The high price is due to the location and property and unit are in good shape. I am just trying to give anyone considering this property an honest idea of what they will be getting.We enjoyed it and are returning next year, so that tells you we liked it.

The condo building had cockroach problem but exterminator came and sprayed right away. Despite that normal Florida problem, we would return. Couches were a little rough for wear but still comfortable. Plenty of seating and eating room. Nicely updated kitchen. Lobby door and condo door require different keys. Should probably be updated to be keyless/keypad entries.

We do apologize for the FL "critters" you saw, the condo association does spray the entire exterior of the building as well as each condo on the interior, but we are sorry for those persistent ones that you saw. Unfortunately they live here and the summer months make them a bit more prominent but are so sorry you even saw one. We also apologize if the key system caused any frustrations for you, being a secured building you do need keys at all times but do understand the inconvenience. The condominium that we got was amazing it was nothing like what I have seen before. There was tons of space to do stuff or just simply rest. The beach side view was amazing you could even hear the soothing sound of the ocean waves. The area around was nice also with many things to do. This was the first stay in 1C, and we found the condo to be very comfortable and well supplied. Two small problems : the patio door was almost impossible to open, and the outlets in the master bedroom did not work well. Only one lamp worked and the clock did not. Other than that, the stay was relaxing. Hope to return.

The place was very clean after and smelled clean. Loved the view!! Condo had plenty of room. We didn't want to leave.

The furnishings, appliances and decor make you feel right at home (or what you wish your home was like). The location is excellent with tremendous views of the ocean and a short walk to great bars and restaurants at John's Pass. We got exactly what we were looking for, a great beach vacation at a great condo. This will not be our last visit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second trip to Madeira Beach. This time we were a little farther down and closer to John's Pass. The beach is awesome and the weather cooperated with sun and heat every day. The breeze was just enough and the water warm. The condo was nicely appointed and large with plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable and there was everything you needed. The views are awesome and sunsets every night from the balcony. There is a building going up one condo over but was not overly noisy. The pool was very warm and not crowded at all. We were pleased with the condo overall. A few issues with the keys to the back door of the building not working as well as one set for the condo taking several attempts to work so we took both sets with us at all times just in case. Overall, everything was fine. Would come back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the place. Lots of room, great view of the beach, clean and the remodeled kitchen was equipped with all of the utensils and dishes. Our only complaints are the patio furniture needs cleaning badly, the patio door is almost impossible to open and I think the hurricane shutters in the master bedroom should be closed for noise abatement.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Trillium 1C was awesome. We had a breath taking view from our balcony and saw dolphins daily!! The condo was spacious, clean, and equipped with plenty of towels and bedding for our family. One toilet would not stop running and maintenance was quick to respond and make the repair. The location of our condo was great as well. Not just for beach access, but it was walking distance to John's Pass, restaurants, groceries, and the trolley stop. We will definitely return to the area and use Resort Rentals.
