Location is absolutely perfect. The condo is very comfortable. The cleanliness of the condo and overall for the building is questionable. Countertops were not clean. The smaller of the two bathrooms have muck on the walls. Almost appeared to be toothpaste or soap. That same bathroom the flush valve kept hanging up. The secondary security lock on our condo entrance was broken. I called and reported it on the first day of our stay and after two weeks still was not addressed. The outside door heading to the stairwell does not shut. The beachside entrance lock does not work well. You have to fight with the key to get it in. The elevator was malfunctioning when we arrived, was repaired for several days and the last few days of our stay the elevator was completely out of service. As far as the condo cleanliness is concerned, last time we stayed there we had the same issue. When resort rentals was contacted we were told that we should have called them right away and they would come and clean it again. I would hope a rental agency would understand the issue with that would be not only is it infringing on our vacation time but then you have an incapable disgruntled worker coming in to do a job they couldn’t do right the first time but also having access to all of our personal belongings.

Our family with 2 teens boys and my 7 year old nephew enjoyed everyday in this home. It was a BLESSING to wake up and see the Ocean and Horizon front and center. We slept beautifully in these beds and felt secure in the building. Memories made and thankful for our time together :)

Great condo in a great location. Very comfortable space for my family to be together over the holidays. The view of the beach and water is fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the building was very quiet, even being on the 2nd floor, we never heard anyone above us or next to us. Would highly recommend!

Property is conveniently located and has wonderful views of the Gulf. Condo kitchen was well appointed, making it easy to cook meals. Would have been nicer if simple things like dishwashing liquid and coffee filters were provided, but overall a great condo for vacationing

The rental was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We usually go as a big family and this was the first year that we went on our own. As frustrating as finding the perfect place can be once I found it, it was a very simple and easy process. Everything was done through email and txt and very easy. The only complaint I have is that we had no internet the entire time and it was suppose to be provided to us. I followed all of the steps/reboot process that were given and had to called the rental property. First they gave me the number for Spectrum, I called to see if they could walk me through getting it fixed...they could not. The owners were using an apple modem and they were not trained for any apple products. When I called the rental property back I was told again to unplug, reboot, etc. that was suggested again. Nothing worked. The wireless network (SSID) was simply not there to log into. After talking to the rental properyfor the 3rd time I was told they would put in a service call and they would call me back with a time for the arrival of the service call (this was all on Monday) and I never heard anything else. While it was frustrating, especially with children, it didn't ruin the trip and it definitely would NOT keep me from using the rental property again.

Love the unit. However carpet and ssofas in lounge need deep cleaning. Housekeeping did a poor job of kitchen.

This is centrally located for all your shopping and entertainment needs, or just the perfect place to go and relax. My only regret is that the resort rentals does not put more pressure on the people that maintain the beach at Madiera, as we were informed by one of the employees driving the rake vehicle is that their priority is to maintain the public sectors of the beach. The two weeks we were there the sand was not raked once.

We had to leave by 10:00 and housekeeping was at our door by 8:30? I checking in at 3:00 and leaving by 10:00 does not give us a full day that we paid for the condo. The two different locations for keys as well was difficult.

The home is very nice although the master bath shower wasn't draining and maintenance came and put drain cleaner in it but it still wasn't draining all the way. Could have used more kitchen towels and some of the following items would have been nice if supplied kitchen trash bags, salt and pepper. Over all it was a nice place and we were able to stay extra days which was great that way we didn't have to stay in a hotel.

Amazing view!! Great location! Loved the wonderful decor; the furniture and art work blended nicely. I had just spent a week at Annia Maria island with family and so finding this quiet condo without them was recharging. Wanting to return in the future!
