Trillium 4A - Premier

Condo was nice. Comfy bed in master. Great balcony. Have one complaint about lock to building. Very hard to open. Heard several other guests speaking of the same issue. Would stay here again.

We had a great week at Trillium 4A. Pros: The view is so nice. We spent most of our time on the balcony. The unit has everything you need to cook. You can walk out to the beach or use the pool. We were lucky the week we visited that not many were using the pool so it was quiet. We did use a couple of the beach chairs so that was nice to have. We liked having Caddy's next door for snacks and drinks. We also enjoyed Sweet Brewnette across the street for breakfast. Cons: Having to check in and out at a different location and the rental company just sends auto generated messages (not a person to message with). I couldn't ask questions about the individual unit when wondering what to pack. Overall the unit was wonderful. We would stay here again.

This property was everything we hoped for. The beds being comfortable was a big relief as my last stay at another Madeira Beach condo left a lot to be desired. The space was functional for the most part. The only thing that really bugged me was the hallway bathroom door opens out into the hallway which is a narrow space making it a bit dangerous if you happen to be on the other side. Overall though, that's not an issue that would keep me from renting again. My kids loved their bedroom and having their own balcony made them feel "fancy." The building itself was clean and well maintained. Be aware that if you have a covered parking spot, it is extremely narrow to get in and out of your space. Again, that is far from a deterrent to rent, but more of a warning that a full size truck will most likely not fit. The view was beyond spectacular along with having those HUGE sliding doors made the living space immensely enjoyable.

We apologize the layout of the hallway was narrow and the bathroom door opens to the hallway but, this didn't become an issue. That is great the kid's were comfortable in their room. Unfortunately, the parking garage can be narrow. That is awesome you enjoyed the spectacular view from the huge sliding glass doors. We hope you all relaxed and will join us again for a future stay.

This place was amazing and the view was spectacular!! Condo was exactly as advertised. The only complaint is the blinds very much need replacing in second bedroom. Maintenance came to repair but really could do much. Just replaced one slat. Light shined in from street every night and couldn’t open or close. That was aggravating but livable. That being said, we loved this place. Had a wonderful trip and next trip would very much love to stay here again. Thank you so much.

Nice property. Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would the supply of toliet paper and paper towels and towels and wash cloths. The toliet paper and paper towels were very thin and were like using sand paper. For a condo that sleeps 6 and cost you would think there would be ample supply of towels and wash cloths. There is one of each for each person. After that you either buy more or wash towels and wash cloths every day. Who wants wash towels and wash cloths everyday? Not me. I am on vacation. The view was georgeous!

From start to end our rental property was absolutely wonderful! The layout the condo was exactly as shown and the views of the Gulf were breathtaking. We enjoyed dolphin watching each afternoon from the balcony! The condo was fully equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, and even an umbrella and pop-up tent which was very useful for our family. We look forward to making a return to the Tirillum in the future!

There is nothing better than having a panoramic view of the ocean without even leaving the room. This property has just that. It's clean, modern and has everything my family needed. The kitchen was well organized when we arrived. We were able to find everything that we need. All the appliances are top of the line. The bedrooms are really nice especially the second bedroom which comes with two full-size beds. Parking is on the property. We got a completely shaded parking which is really nice under the Florida heat. The location of this property is also very convenient. We had visited many beaches along the Gulf Blvd and would walk to John's Pass Village just about every evening. We want to thank the owner of this property for having provided your home and helped make such a wonderful memory for my family.

The only issues we had were with the deadbolt on the door and the parking is very cramped. When we arrived, the deadbolt malfunctioned and we almost weren’t able to gain entry into the condo after traveling all day. We notified Resort Rentals on the next business day and they sent someone out right away. The maintenance man was unable to fix it and it wasn’t replaced during our stay. The door knob lock still worked so that was a relief. We would have felt better with the deadbolt in operation, but at least we were able to secure the door. As for the garage parking, if you have an SUV such as a Suburban or Tahoe, it’s going to be TIGHT if not impossible to park in the garage.

The property was absolutely lovely. It is, as depicted on line. I immediately felt right at home. The balcony was amazing and made me feel like part of everything without moving a muscle. My only complaint (and I hate to call it a complaint), is that there could have been a little more attention paid to cleaning: the beautiful windows of glass, the ceiling fans, remotes. Also, it would have been nice not to have to buy detergent, dish washing liquid, aluminum foil, paper plates, etc. There are basic things that would be helpful even if you’re only staying a week (ziplock bags, press and seal, cleaners, sponges, even salt and paper). None of these things are expensive and can be purchased at a local dollar store and would be very helpful to anyone staying one night, one week or one month. Overall, I am so glad that I accidentally ended up here. My search began (on line) in Sarasota and 3 days later, I ran across this lovely place and it’s centrally located town. You too will be happy if you stay here. My only regret - I couldn’t stay longer, well and that red tide was present. Still, I was very happy to be there. Thanks for allowing our visit.

It was a very large condo with a large kitchen and a great balcony overlooking the Gulf. The balcony wraps around the side as well. Because the balcony is recessed from the adjacent balconies, it blocked the wind, which was very nice this time of year. We went out on the balconies off the bedrooms to get an idea of how windy or cold it was before going down to the beach or street. They have a nice view of the intercoastal and the street, as well as sunrises. The location is great! Walking distance to John's Pass restaurants, shopping, and a great little coffee shop named Sweet Brewnette. We also ate at The Reef and it was very good. A cute little candy shop was within a few blocks as well. We had a car, but didn't need it for most of our trip. The view from the kitchen or family room is amazing. The wall of glass allows you to see the gulf. Sunsets over the water are amazing! We were able to see many dolphins in the morning and just before sunset. The water was pretty cold being December, but the beach was great. Plenty of shells and sand. The condo was very well maintained and clean. They had several beach chairs, sand toys, and all of the kitchen appliances needed. The place where everything goes (bowls, plates, etc.) is carefully labeled with a handwritten label. The television in the family room was nice. The stools next to the kitchen island were very nice and provided a good area for sitting/eating and talking. (There was no problem with water draining in the shower, so I would disregard other reviews that you may read concerning this.) The pool was small but heated. We could take the elevator or stairs up to our unit, which was nice. There was a rolling cart near the elevator to assist with bringing luggage in from the car. We absolutely loved the condo, the location, and we would highly recommend it! We would definitely go back again!

I would recommend them for any rentals need you have. We already reserved our spot for 2021! We could not have asked for any more perfect weather and the perfect condo to stay in. We have stayed here a few times and it is one of the nicest and cleanest ones around. The owners should be proud of how the management takes care of the necessary cleaning (especially during these Covid times). Everything was spot on and also had a few extra essentials like soap, extra trash bags, and the ever allusive toilet paper. There was not a shortage at the store for anything that we needed to buy, food or otherwise. The beach chairs were a plus because we did not bring ours from home. It was possible to sit on the beach everyday and soak up some good Vitamin D. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. See you next time!

My husband and two sons had an amazing time at this condo! Everything was so nice and very clean. We had a little hiccup when we arrived. We drove a truck and our parking space was underneath the building which had a low clearance. We made it in but basically had a difficult time parking. We mostly walked to places which was not bad at all. There were plenty of places to walk to eat at. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second time staying at the Trilllium Condos and will always be my choice. The size of the building lends itself to small quiet groups. The beach at your doorstep is not crowded and a lovely pool just adds to the experience. You're far enough from John's Pass to avoid crowds and noise but close enough to walk to. Our Unit was spectacular, exactly as pictured and full equipped with the exception of unusable beach chairs. However we were able to rent chairs and an umbrella from the beach for the week.

The condo is well equipped with all the necessities that you would need while your away from home. It is beautifully decorated throughout the condo. Also the condo was conveniently located to all the restaurants and area attractions. Plus The managing company Resort Rentals helped me out with a piece of equipment that I needed delivered to me. Everyone there was so helpful, courteous and kind. We even reserved this unit again for next year. We enjoyed our stay!

The property at the Trillium (4a) was everything shown on the website. It’s a smaller complex which is great... no crowds. It was a Beautiful condo, very spacious, clean, well stocked and what can you say about the view... spectacular!! The condo had some beach chairs for our use which was good because you can’t take the pool chairs to the beach. The beach was beautiful and well kept. They clean it every morning. The location was great. Only a short drive to Johns Pass or if you’re feeling adventurous.... you can walk it. Convenience store and a few restaurants within walking distance. Loved the condo and the area...will return in the future. ??

Should you find this upon your next stay with us, please do not hesitate to contact us at our office and we are more than happy to send our housekeeping back out to address anything that may have been missed or needs a bit more done. We want to be sure you are totally comfortable in your rental and we are happy to have this looked at for you. In regards to the key drop off, that is something we are working with the condo associations on and we too would love to have a drop box at each building location for the convenience of our guests!! This is something we have been trying for but we do need the condos approval to get it in place. Hopefully by the time your next vacation comes around this is something that will be in place for all. The narrow beach here is a plus, making it easy to walk out and making the view from the condo like a cruise ship. The condo was beautiful and functional. The only problems were that the beds were too old and saggy for this to be labeled a "premier condo," and the AC was next to the 2nd bedroom and kept it way too cold if we wanted to adequately cool the rest of the condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the same condo for six consecutive years. It was a beautiful condo with a lot of amenities in it. It was well-maintained and very clean. The location was perfect to walk or drive to the grocery store, restaurants, and to John's Pass where there were many activities. The property description of the condo and location was very accurate. The rental staff were very helpful with enquiries. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative.

We had plenty of bedding, dishes, and tons of room...we were with a large group who were in other condos in the Trillium, and ours was the perfect gathering place for our meals...Loved the view, of course, but most of the comfort of the entire condo, including the furnishings..we will be back. THANK YOU...WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH ALL!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Trillium 4a. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is beautiful. We saw the dolphins swimming most every day and the beach is great!! The pool is small but warm and clean. We walked to John's pass several times (3/4 mile). We are already talking about planning a trip next fall. My only complaints were the non-functional ice maker and the extra firm couch.
