Trillium 4B - Premier

The condo was lovely, beds were comfortable. The view was fantastic. The balcony furniture was great. There is nothing like walking out of the building and onto the sand. My family loved it. The couch was uncomfortable. The elevator was out for two days in a row. As someone with limited mobility, no elevator meant I couldn't leave the condo. The shower water flow was very weak

Great place. All of my family loved it. Only problem was the elevator was down for two days. I was unable to leave the condo. We are planning to return next year. thanks for a great vacation!

Great location right on the beach! The elevator went down while we were there which was a major inconvenience, but we also understand that is outside of the control of the host. Overall I would stay here again.

Condo had everything needed for our stay. Beautiful view from balcony. Grounds & pool well maintained. Beach chairs & a small cooler in foyer closet was a plus. Restaurants, groceries, pharmacy, & gas station all within 1/2 mile of condo. Great stay!

We had a bit of a rough start at a different place hosted by RR, and they so kindly made it right. They moved us to the most beautiful space and were kind enough to keep the original price we paid. My grandparents’ one request was to be beach front and RR delivered!! The original place we booked was a bit confusing and ended up not being what they had wanted at all. RR moved us over to a more expensive place with beautiful beach view for no extra cost. My grandparents are already planning on booking the trillium again next year. would absolutely stay here again and use resort rentals!

Location and view. A little disappointed with the outside furniture, sun bed wasn’t safe to lay on, the chairs looked worse for wear and there wasn’t a table to eat out on the balcony. Also there wasn’t a kettle and as everyone knows the Brits love tea!

Right on the ocean, great views. Nice place It would have been nice to have beach chairs there but were able to get these from the resort management place.

The beach was RIGHT out all the windows. Living room, and both bedrooms all had a view of the ocean. Very comfortable beds as well. The bathrooms were great and we loved having a kitchen and laundry. They only complaint I would have is the simple things such a garbage bags, salt and pepper, dish soap....are not provided. Other than that we absolutely loved it!!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed the condo. Can’t go wrong with the view!! From the minute you enter it feels very comfortable, loved spending time there. Lots of really great places to eat all very close to the building.

So pleased with this property and our stay. The view is phenomenal. The space was tidy and ready for our visit. Plenty of supplies, towels, and sheets/blankets. The only negative I have is that the master bedroom toilet moves around, but that is an easy maintenance fix that does not detract from the overall great time this condo provides.

My family and I had a great stay at the Trillium on Madeira Beach! The condo was very clean and the description was 100% accurate. The beach is perfect and you are only steps away and the view from the balcony is amazing. The location is also a huge plus. John’ Pass is about a mile away and it makes for a great walk on the beach to go there to shop or eat. We had a great week and I would highly recommend this place and we would definitely book again if we come back in the future.

The condo is located right on the beach, which makes it very convenient when setting up chairs and such every day. With only 15 units in the condo, the beach was never overcrowded. Condo unit 4B is very spacious and well equipped. The balcony views of the gulf are exceptional. The beds are very comfortable. The furnishings were in good condition also. There are some stains on the carpet in the living area, but that is our only complaint about the unit. The cleaning staff did a very good job prior to our arrival. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

During these crazy times, we decided to book an extended stay at this property and couldn't have been happier. The unit itself was very cozy and spacious and every room had an amazing beach/gulf view. The property was recently updated and the location was walking distance to both John's Pass and a few other local restaurants / stores that we enjoyed. We highly recommend and will be back.

This was a last minute reservation after our plans were changed due to Hurricane Sally. We loved this small, friendly complex, made some new friends. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Plenty of places to eat that were walkable. Beds were comfy. Overall enjoyed the unit, well equipped. The living room furniture and balcony furniture is a bit uncomfortable.
