We had a wonderful vacation in 5B with perfect weather. We had planned going out for dinner but our condo and balcony view with beautiful sunsets kept us staying at The Trillium. We bought groceries at Publix (which is insanely expensive) and relaxed. The appliances were brand new and we could tell the owners did a lot of work updating everything. The beds were on the firm side but we were happy because we like that. The beach was not crowded in front of The Trillium and we met a lot of wonderful people staying at The Trillium that go back every year because it’s just perfect. It’s hard to find many negatives but the kitchen could use some potholders. In the master bedroom the closet, bathroom and bedroom doors all made a cluster in one area making it annoying to move around. The water pressure was great and the freezer made wonderful ice balls! There were plenty of beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet for us to use. We will be back!!

Comfortable condo but definitely needs a deep cleaning and some upgrades to furniture. The kitchen is fairly well equipped and hair dryer in bathrooms although we had to buy a sheet pan because there was only a rusty one. Also bought new bathroom and kitchen rugs because they had not been cleaned in a long time. Hopefully the owners will replace some things that are truly getting old! Had a great view though!!

Amazing place to stay. The views were incredible. Very spacious condo with big rooms. Chairs for the beach were available and came in handy. The Trillium complex isn’t too big which is nice. 5 floors and 15 condos is a good number. Located in a good spot with places to shop and eat very close. The walk to John’s Pass is very manageable and well worth the trip. Resort Rentals was easy to deal with and always very helpful to satisfy any needs we had. Would stay here again for sure.

What a wonderful time. Location was fantastic, just 2 doors away from a nice restaurant with outdoor seating and floors from breakfast to supper and beyond. Lots of attractions within easy access. The view was incredible! The beds and everything very comfortable. Every problem or question we had was addressed and solved immediately. How could you ask for more. I’m coming back! Can’t get enough of those sunsets and beach.

This unit is absolutely stunning. The decor is beautiful and the unit is well stocked. Very very clean. There a few beach chairs and beach toys in the unit. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! You step right onto the beach! I must say whoever owns this unit takes pride in it. Some restaurants are within walking distance. I do recommend a car or trolley to get to other restaurants and the grocery store. We rented through Resorts Rentals in St Pete's. They were the greateast gals. Always very helpful. Would highly recommend them.

Beautiful place, top floor, only 2 more apartments on the same floor. Great views directly to the beach from all rooms. Beautiful sunsets. Living room has wall-to-wall sliding glass door, big balcony. My husband spotted a dolphin one morning from our balcony. The place was really clean too, and in-unit washer and dryer are really convenient (bring your own laundry detergent). There were extra bath towels and blanket, but no beach towels. Bring your own coffee filters if you drink coffee. All was as described. One (good) surprise was that that the place provided shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer although the listing explicitly said otherwise.

This place is was super clean and the views from every room were breathtaking. Every morning we opened the sliding glass doors and listened to the ocean and watched the dolphins. I loved that this was directly on a beautiful beach. We walked two doors down and ate on the deck at Cabbys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely will be back.

Clean well appointed condo. Beach was beautiful, clean nice for families. Great location. We walked 2 doors down to have dinner and jumped in the car just 4 minutes away from John’s pass. If I could leave a suggestion it would be to have written instructions for all the t.v remotes. Every t.v had two , I never could get the master bedroom to work..no big deal.

We were celebrating our 50th Wedding anniversary!!Resort Rentals made it special with a nice gift bag and card!!Very friendly and nice staff We were totally excited to walk into the condo and see the water..beautiful views !!! Recomiendo este alojamiento. Es mucho mejor en vivo a las fotos. La vista al mar es impresionante, las puestas del sol, el sonido del mar y además la playa es muy extensa lo cual es muy recomendable para mantener el distanciamiento social en tiempos de COVID. So when we finally had the opportunity to go on another vacation we knew we wanted to go back. This time around there was some new furniture. However the view was the same.... breathtaking! The building is a little old, but kept in great shape. The condo it’s self has been updated and it’s perfect. The washer and dryer could be updated, but they do their job, just a little loud.All in all we will be back. Hopefully next time with my brothers family!

The best part was the amazing view from this 5th floor balcony and the expansive windows across the front of the condo. We watched whales every morning! The beach in front of the condo was uncrowded and quiet, unlike the beach just a bit north. Condo itself was clean and functional. Only complaint would be the master bed was hard as a board. Overall it was perfect, would love to come back sometime!

The unit is in great shape and very clean. Master bedroom is very large and both bathrooms were nicely decorated and spacious. There was LOTS of beach items in the unit to use and they came in handy!! The only issue we had was that the keys to get into the lobby at the resort were hard to get into the locks. You needed the key to get into the lobby every time you needed to get back to your room. Maybe the locks might need changed. We weren't the only ones complaining about it. Needless to say we would definitely stay here again.

The views were the best I have ever had from a beach front condo and the beach itself was only 80 steps from the parking garage. Unlike many large condos we did not have to wait and wait on the elevator plus the other guests were quiet and very respectful. Resort Rentals was super to work with and I would highly recommend them. This was by far the best experience I have ever had renting out a condo.

Trillium has a great location and you can enjoy the stunning view from the balcony from early morning until the beautiful sunset. You can go to a walk on the sandy beach and watch the dolphins - you can watch them from the balcony or from the beach they are swimming parallel to the beach almost every day.
The condo is nice furnished and comfortable, the kitchen is good equipped. We were really satisfied with it. We come back next year again.
Last but not least kudos to the staff of Resort Rental - all of them are always very kind and helpful at any matters in a blink. Many thanks for all of you and especially to Janet.

Reviewer Comments: There is no condo closer to the beach. Top floor of five is PERFECT for whale watching and dolphin watching. Close enough you can see your kids play in the sand. Roomy enough for an entire family for sure. Walking distance to grocery, eating out, and trolly distance to anything else on the blvd. WILL stay there again!

Unit is clean and has a superb view. Beds could use some updating. Grounds are well maintained and clean. We have been staying here for 15 years and It never disappoints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Trillium many times but this was our first time staying in 5B. It is a very nice condo and a big plus is you can view the ocean from both bedrooms and the living room! The kitchen is very well stocked and there are at least 4 beach chairs and several lounges. Also beach umbrellas are included so you don't have to bring those or rent them. We did have an issue with the fan in the master bedroom not working but one call to Resort Rental and they sent someone out to fix it! The balcony is so nice with table and chairs. We would stay there again! I can't wait to return!

This condo is one that falls into our premier category and the B units at the Trillium really do have that unique floor plan!! We do apologize for any issue you had with the fan but are so glad you called us to let us know! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Superb location with a great view. Sitting area is looking a little tired and some of the slats on the vertical blinds are missing. Bathrooms have been updated and bedrooms are fine apart from a squeaky bed base in the master bedroom. All in all though a great vacation.

Every apartment has its charms and the building is close to everything there is to see in the area, not to mention directly on the beach!

Reviewer Comments: We spent the month of January in Trillium 5B & found it one of the best rentals we've ever had. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with even casserole dishes and baking pans. The beach views and sunsets were unbelievable, and there were at least three ice cream shops within walking distance. Hoping to rent this place again!
