Please note that this is a NON SMOKING PROPERTY!

Directly across the street from the beach and completely remodeled at the end of 2022! This super cute house consists of 4 individual 1BR units, each with a kitchen, bedroom, living room and full bathroom. The location is perfect for the single traveler, couples, families or a larger group of friends/families. The following combinations are available to rent:

• An individual 1 Bedroom Unit - Sleeps 4 Guests
• 2 of the 1 bedroom Units - Sleep 8 Guests. Units 1 and 2 have a connecting door that can be unlocked. Units 3 and 4 also have a connecting door that can be unlocked.
• Entire property. All 4 of the individual 1 bedroom units - Sleep 16 Guests

**Combinations are all based on availability**

Each unit features 2 large smart TVs, one in the living room, one in the bedroom including Netflix, YouTube and Disney TV. The brand new, fully equipped kitchens have stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and full-size washer/dryer. Free WiFi and free parking available.

Amenities include a large outdoor swim spa (pool/jacuzzi combo) 15x8 feet, that is shared between the units, and an outdoor shower.

Twin Tiki is in a top location in Treasure Island. Beach access right across the street, just a short stroll to popular Sunset Beach with great hangouts like Caddy’s Waterfront or Ka-Tiki, a local and tourist favorite for food, cocktails, live entertainment, unforgettable beach days and breathtaking sunsets.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head North to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer. No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

Excelente el departamento que nos hospedamos junto a mi esposo en nuestro aniversario.
Excelente ubicación y todo muy limpio ,aparte de que brindan beach chairs para la playa . ( solo me gustaría recomendar que estaría bueno que el lugar contara aunque sea con un mínimo de café,tal vez agua o sal )

We absolutely loved this place! Short walk to the beach. Not crowded at all. They had beach chairs for us to use. Everything was comfortable. They responded quickly and fixed an issue we had. We will definitely come back and stay here again!

We had a great vacation here! Close to a bunch of restaurants and beaches. Was beautiful inside and we got to enjoy the hot tub as well. Only complaint is that the walls are very thin, we could hear everyone talking and walking around the other units, nothing a little fan noise can’t fix. Overall, a great stay! We will be back.

Twin Tiki is beautifully renovated, the inside looked exactly like the pictures, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the swim spa was such a fantastic addition that we used every day! You cannot beat the walk to the beach, just right across the street! And there was plenty of beach furniture to utilize! Location is excellent with options to go into Treasure Island or St. Pete Beach for food and shopping. We loved our stay and are already talking about coming back to stay at Twin Tiki!

Cleanliness is always number one with us and we rated T.T. a 5. The beach/restaurant/bar scene was beyond our expectations. We were limited to walking and a nearby Publix supplied all our needs. It was a restorative experience for just the two of us and we would come again.

Would definitely stay again! Perfect location. I was able to walk to the beach every day and to every restaurant I went to. The 20-person hot tub was a huge added perk, and being able to do my laundry before I headed home was a big plus.
The only negative we experienced was the construction around us being pretty loud. They are building a place next to Tiki and across from Tiki, so it was a little distracting trying to work with the noise. Everything else was A+!

Units 3 & 4 are upstairs, accessible only by steep stairs on the back of the building. Luckily our young adult kids could help us with getting things carried up and down. Address, Units and parking are all well labeled. I'd say this place sleeps 3 adults comfortably, 4 if it's 2 couples. Kitchen is well appointed, even has washer/dryer. We spent a lot of time at the kitchen table eating, working and playing games. There are 2 mini splits to cool the condo, one in the master bedroom and one in the front room. We borrowed a fan from someone to try to push the cool air to the kitchen where it was quite hot even with the shades closed tight, because it was a sweltering weekend this week. We got groceries at Publix a few miles away, but there is a cute little snack market 2 doors down, and a groovy seashell shop next door. There is a crosswalk to cross the main road to get to the beach access.

This was my second trip to St Pete Beach this year and by far my stay at this Airbnb made it perfect! Great location! Right across from the beach! Very quiet yet everything is right next to you! The house was VERY clean! We checked in and felt right at home. The host was gracious enough to let us check in a little early when our flight arrived in the morning. Highly recommended! They had a hot tub that I didn’t get to try this time but for sure on my next trip! This is the spot!

Everything was great. I recommend having a full length mirror in the apartment it was tough getting ready and the jacuzzi wasn’t very hot.. we tried to make it not but didn’t really work. Also I think we needed more bath towels and maybe a reminder that nothing is provided no salt, no pepper, no coffee, no laundry detergent, etc…the couple below that stayed for the night I believe fought one night and we could hear it… the the noise then slight arguing. But otherwise the other families were fine. Location was great.

Awesome! pleased everything was great at Twin Tiki 3. Yes, the owner is putting full length mirrors, thank you for the suggestion. Yes, we do not provide food items as this attracts insects, this includes coffee. We apologize you could hear the other guests. We hope you relaxed and had beach time. This place was beautifully remodeled and everything we were hoping. Perfect size and right across the street from the beach and walking distance to everything. It was so clean when we checked in it felt like we were the first ones to stay there. Highly recommend and we will be back!
