This cute Beach House has been completely remodeled at the end of 2022. It consists of four 1BR units, each with a kitchen, bedroom, living room and full bathroom. The location is perfect for the single traveler, couples, families or a larger group of friends/families. The following combinations are available to rent:

1 Bedroom Unit, sleeps 4
2 Bedroom Unit, sleeps 8, Unit 1 and 2 or 3 and 4 have connecting doors that can be unlocked
4 Bedroom Entire Complex, sleeps 16

Each unit features 2 smart TVs including free Netflix, YouTube and Disney TV. The brand new, fully equipped kitchens have stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher and full-size washer/dryer. Free WiFi and free parking available.

Amenities include a large outdoor swim spa, 15x8 feet, outdoor shower, BBQ grill. Sports gear, such us paddle boards and kayak coming soon.

Twin Tiki is in a top location in Treasure Island. Beach access right across the street, just a short stroll to popular Sunset Beach with great hangouts like Caddy’s Waterfront or Ka-Tiki, a local and tourist favorite for food, cocktails, live entertainment, unforgettable beach days and breathtaking sunsets.

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head North to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer. No matter what you decide to do, you'll have plenty of happy memories to take away!

Very clean! I would mention if you’re tall like me (6’2) the ceiling clearance is pretty short. You don’t have to duck or anything but it feels a little smushed on the top floor. Unsure about bottom levels. The stairs in the back of the house are steep and a little scary so use the front entrance. Very clean, comfortable and a great location.

Amazing vacation location! Right across public beach access which was not crowded at all. Felt like we had our own private beach. Airbnb was clean and comfortable. Great nights sleep every night! Definitely will be looking to come back soon :)

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb near the beach! The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a short walk to the sandy shores. The apartment itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I can't wait to come back and stay here again! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

This place was absolutely beautiful it doesn’t have much of a view anymore due to the new building going up but can still see a little bit of the ocean and sunset! They provide beach essentials which was amazing for my kiddos! I couldn’t ask for a better place!

We liked how close it was to the beach, safe ped crossings. Food was close. House was updated. We didn’t like that there was no communication about the construction and different entrance. The dishes, trash, and dirty linens were left from past tenant. We appreciated the quick housekeeping, but it wasn’t a great start to our vacation.
