Villa Madeira 203 - Premier

Family of 5 stayed for a week. We loved the oceanfront location, the proximity to a coffee shop and ice cream across the street and John's pass a short walk/drive away. Check in and check out were easy, the condo was clean, and the management responded to our problems with the internet and made it right. It would have been nice to get the problem resolved on a weekend when we checked in, but we had to wait until Monday. We appreciated the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, etc.) in the patio closet. Kitchen supplies were adequate, beds were comfortable, and overall everything was as advertised. Happy with our stay.

Awesome Natalie! pleased you and your family love Villa madeira 203. Glad you found arrival and departure easy and the condo was clean and Resort Rentals responded, as the office is not open on Sundays. That is great the owner had beach items to use and the kitchen well supplied as well as, beds comfortable with overall everything as advertised. We hope you all relaxed and had beach time. Excellent overall location (quiet, clean beach). Clean, up to date, spacious property. They have a few chairs and an umbrella, which were helpful. Beautiful beachfront screen porch. Would definitely stay again!

This is the third time we have stayed in this building. It just so happened that all three times we rented different condos. So, as usual, it was a nice and clean apartment and we had a great time on the beach.

The condo and beach and convenience to restaurants was amazing. We saw lots of dolphins during our stay. Having to pick up the keys for the outer doors was very inconvenient. We couldn’t find sheets for the futon but managed. Also there were beach chairs and beach toys which was a nice find. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your wonderful place.

The condo was clean and spacious. I did not appreciate the lack of simple amnesties such as coffee filters for the coffee pot, extra garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Also, the off site key pickup and drop off is a hardship for travelers coming from out of state without a car.

Our entire group loved our stay at this beautiful property. The beach was incredible, and our view from our balcony could not be beat. We enjoyed watching dolphins from the balcony every morning like clockwork, which was magical. The space was beautiful with every amenity you can imagine and more, including everything to make meals to a fully stocked closet full of beach chairs and gear. Just a few doors down from Caddy’s for a great quick meal and beverage. The area was not crowded or wild and just the perfect area to relax and enjoy all the ocean has to offer. We will be back!

Beautifully decorated unit. Well stocked with beach toys and chairs.
Both regular coffee pot and Keurig available.
Great location and nice beach for walking. Nice beach bar just 3 buildings down and a great candy, ice-cream shop across the street. We will definitely be back.

We loved the location. Beautiful beach. Easy to walk to everything. Very happy with it but be aware if you have 3 couples... 3rd bedroom is actually a utility room with a twin bed in it... wasn't quite as big as looked in pictures. Also take beach towels... there weren't any there which is unusual for a beachfront condo. Overall I would stay here again for the location.

We had a great time at Villa Madeira. The condo was exactly as described as well as description. It had everything we needed for the week. Was not crowded at all. The only thing we didn’t personally like was the 2 sets of keys. Would have preferred key pads. Great place to vacation. Johns pass was great but too far to walk for us in the heat. Would definitely stay here again!!

Loved this unit as well as the building and location !! We felt safe and secure in the building, it's within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beach wasn't near as crowded as Clearwater, much for family friendly !

We had such an amazing time! This vaca topped all others including DISNEY. We will be returning. We met so many friendly folks, and was able to completely relax. Publix delivered groceries, so having meals on hand was nice too.

It’s a quiet part of the beach without a lot of resorts or restaurants. The condo itself was super cute and well decorated. The building is older but this has been updated very tastefully. The kitchen is well stocked! The view from the master bed for sunrise and sunset can not be beat. The only thing we wanted for while we were there is an ice maker to fill our cooler for beach days.
