Villa Madeira 305

We had a wonderful time at Madeira Vista. When we had issues with our condo we contacted Resort Rentals and David with Resort Rentals was excellent, he came to our condo to see the issue and had someone immediately to fix what was needed done. Our many thanks for a wonderful vacation! Resort Rentals office and David were the best!

Our stay at Villa Madeira was amazing, the host was very responsive to any questions. It was a great location with lots to do that was walkable but also very quick drive to malls and restaurants. The ocean view from the bedroom and living area was a dream…..this is where we enjoyed our morning coffees and dinners.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! This place is the best kept secret on Air B&B. Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. I could not imagine how this place could be any better. There were days where we had the entire beach to ourselves. I cannot say enough good things about Villa Maderia. The sunsets are breathtaking and the pictures just don't do it justice. We cannot wait to go back!

We could not have asked for a better experience on the Gulf. The balcony directly overlooks the ocean and beach! The unit is spacious and perfect for families. They kids loved the pool onsite! The outside showers made a seamless transition between shelling and swimming!

Very clean condo, nice upgrades, comfortable beds and furniture. Fabulous sunsets and could not be more convenient to beach, just steps away!! Met some nice folks staying there as well. Did sunset cruise out of John's pass which included beer and wine and great music! Great group on the boat and a young couple got engaged. Rented beach chairs & umbrella which was lovely, although the lounge chairs at condo common area were very comfortable too!

Lovely view, really appreciated the extra room with the bunk beds. Plenty of space to hang out. Caddy's really close by for lunches or quick dinners, lots of restaurants within a mile either way for more choices. Took a Lyft from the airport, got an Instacart delivery of groceries for breakfasts, lunches and snacks/drinks, then walked to dinner each night. Didn't need a car at all!

Perfect condo! Updated, comfortable, clean, lots of space. Loved lanai - huge with comfortable table and chairs and adirondak chairs, plus screened in. Condo also very quiet. Returning next year for sure!

The building is located right across from the cutest little breakfast/lunch spot called ‘The Sweet Brewnette’. We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning finding all kinds of shells and sea life and heading across the street for breakfast. ‘The Candy Store’ is also right across the street with all your old fashioned candies,fudge and ice cream! It’s a short walk to John’s Pass with great shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed lunch on the boardwalk there and observed dolphins playing in the bay!

Unit was very clean. Appreciated the suitcase valet/table for my suitcase in the main bedroom, it made packing/unpacking so much easier. Wonderful view from main bedroom and living room. Unit is very large, comfortable sofas, good beds, washer dryer (bring your own detergent), kitchen table, tvs, wifi, great closet space, 2 nice sized bathrooms, great seating on screened in balcony, that had superb direct view of ocean, full kitchen with pantry. Offered coffee maker but no coffee. Quality white sheets and an extra set. Nice bath towels but no beach towels. No beach chairs, but there were rental chairs on beach and then non-rental lounge chairs, palapa and bench seating on beautiful brick paver area right before you get to the beach. Property very well kept. Stairways, elevator, garage, walkways all clean. Really appreciated the option of stairways (there were 3 of them) or an elevator. They were kept locked which made me feel safe. Pool with gate locked too, clean pool bathroom also locked. Entry off of beach to garage and property had locked gates too. Loved the two locations to enter from beach offered brick pavers to foot and regular showers. Also loved the paver area mentioned above, where it had palapas for shade over tables and sun lounger chairs. Loved the location in proximity to Sweet Brewnette and Caddy's. Appreciated the quick responses when I was preparing to arrive. Some of the other renters did not pay attention to non-smoking rules or respect the request to keep sand toys and chairs off of hallways and in the garage, but that was not the resorts fault. It's just "people". There was construction going on 2 doors down from my unit 305, but they were respectful of time of day and kept vacuuming their mess from the walkways. The garage parking was nice but has a very low clearance. Didn't look like it could accommodate tall trucks. Really enjoyed this property and would like to come back again.

Resort Rentals team was helpful and easy to work with, location was perfect, and the unit was in great condition. Lovely furniture, well equipped kitchen, mostly updated, and clean. Amazing view from living area and master bedroom, lots of closet space, and well equipped with linens, fans, and amenities. Also within walking distance of many shops & restaurants. Best of all was that the beach was not overcrowded and is very well maintained. The building has a nice, decent-sized pool and a veranda with lots of lounge chairs if you prefer not to be on the sand. If I knew I would be working from home again next year, I would have rebooked for next year.

We had a great stay at the condo. Pretty much everything you need is there. I like the fact that there is lots of balcony furniture and the living room is comfy. Only things missing in the kitchen was wine opener and oven mitts. Also made note that you needed to plug in the internet line directly into the wall as the double attachment that fit both phone and internet did not work. Would recommend this condo.

Thank you for your post and we are so glad you were happy with this condo! We apologize if you were not able to get into your condo before our 3pm check in time. On the day of your arrival we also had a check out from this condo that same morning and then our housekeeping of course needed to clean the unit so we are sorry we were not able to accommodate an earlier check in that day. If we can accommodate an early check in we are always more than happy to but it unfortunately was not possible on that day. We loved the location of our condo, close to restaurants and Johns Pass and most importantly right on the beach. The condo itself had a gorgeous view from the screened in balcony and a large master bedroom and bath. The 2nd bedroom was nice with 2 twin beds. The den had a single bed in it, but was VERY small. Our only complaint was the master bed was uncomfortable. The property itself was clean and well maintained and customer service was very good. Minor things: toaster did not work and living room tv was small. Condo could use a few updates, but would still recommend this property!

This condo was in an ideal location, very well equipped and very clean. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially the sunsets. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and listened to the surf wile in bed. A few steps and your walking on the beach. Nice size building, beach and pool never crowded. Close to everything.

Would I recommend this to a friend...ABSOLUTELY!!!!

We are already making plans to return to Madeira Villa next spring.
