405 was nice, but a couple simple things would've made it a lot better. Providing beach chairs, towels and umbrellas would have been great. We ended up going to Walmart to buy umbrellas and chairs and gave them to another family when we left. This is our first time staying on the Gulf side of Florida. Every place we stayed on the Ocean side provided umbrellas, chairs, and even towels. That was much more convenient. Coffee maker filters also would've been easy to provide that would've made things more convenient. Other than this, and the elevator being broken during our entire stay, it was a nice stay, I just think we'll look elsewhere next time.

Very relaxing beautiful place on quieter part of beach with plenty of morning dolphin watching and gorgeous evening sunsets. Loved the master shower! Caddy’s was a few doors down on the beach and delicious. John’s Pass very close with lots of places to shop, eat and drink. Some nights we were lucky to see dolphins and manatees swimming in the bay! We would definitely stay again!

We have been vacationing in the Clearwater/St. Pete area for over 20 years. We have dealt with many different management companies and this was by far the best one yet. The rental was very clean and up to date. The owner of this property cares about his investment.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, Great view, and liked the fact that building was secured. Very Quiet bldg. Convenient to Busch Gardens & Zoo Tampa. A couple of suggestions, do away with tv in master replacing it with tv from family room. Bigger tv in family room. Blinds in family room & master needs to be replaced (slats kept falling). The condo was clean but there was some broken glass in master shower.

Great stay at a great place. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. It had everything that we needed- however beach chairs and/or towels would have been nice to have but otherwise it had everything needed for our stay. We love the area and the complex. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Lots to do within walking distance - Johns Pass, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Thanks again for letting us stay on your condo.

We do not require our owners to provide beach items. That is great you loved the area and views as well as, being walking distance to John's Pass with shopping and restaurants. Great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and shopping plazas. 1.5 mile from grocery store. Clean, comfortable, and excellent communication from management (especially during Hurricane Ian)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the facilities overall were very nice. We did note a few issues. There was an overhead light in the kitchen burnt out and the sinks lacked stoppers or screens of some kind, that could allow fairly large items to go down the drain and cause potential plumbing problems. There was some mildew in the washer from closing the door on a wet washer.

It would be best if there is more blankets in the unit since Florida can get down to low 50s at night.

The condo was well furnished with all the necessities and then some! My only recommendation would be to add a TV to the extra bedrooms but all in all it was an incredible 2 week vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

Very easy check in. Right on beach with view from balcony. Beds are comfortable except the little day bed in the den. Good for a child but not an adult. Kitchen is well stocked with pots pans and bakeware. Beach towels are included as well as two beach chairs and coolers. Would definitely stay here again.
