Villa Madeira 505 - Premier

The elevator was broken and we had to bring all our bagages by the stairs as well as going up and down the 5 th floor many times a day! We were with 2 young children! I wish i knew it in advance .We would have chosen an appartment in another of your locations

The condo was great. Wish there was an easier way to check in and out and elevator key thing very annoying but condo itself was very nice and no complaints there.

The condo was great for two families of three. Very clean inside with all the essentials. Balcony view was amazing to watch for dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Great location to shopping and dining. Only thing’s missing were ceiling fans in all bedrooms and tv. Would recommend and looking forward to future visits.

Condo was very clean. Updates were made since our last stay last year which are very nice. Beautiful weather and saw dolphins every day. Love the location walking distance to John’s pass and some restaurants. Candy kitchen across the street. Definitely coming back next year.

Great property was very clean. Just like the pictures and awesome view of the beach and ocean. You have a front row seat for sunset from the screened balcony. The house is on a great location close to Johns pass restaurants and shops. We will be back again next year for sure.

The condo was clean and spacious. I did not appreciate the lack of simple amnesties such as coffee filters for the coffee pot, extra garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Also, the off site key pickup and drop off is a hardship for travelers coming from out of state without a car.

Nice to have a beach bar three doors down. The third bedroom was very small but we knew this. Only wish it had a luggage stand or somewhere to put our clothes. Also the keyless entry into the condo was great but with 6 people hard to keep track of the beach/pool/ elevator key. I understand the safety issue but every time you wanted to get to the beach or pool or out of the pool/ beach you needed your key. Other then that the location was perfect, close to JohnsPass and grocery store.

The property was very easy to find and few step away from the beach. Parking was excellent. Lots of places to eat nearby and lots of groceries store if you want to stay in.

One bed was too firm, but I called the rental agency and they were able to provide a mattress topper that solved the problem. Check in and check out was a breeze. A few spare pillow cases would have been nice for the spare pillows. The updates in the condo were very nice. The water pressure was amazing! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves. A few more beach chairs would have been nice too, but there were umbrellas and some beach toys and a cooler supplied.

This was a great property! We would definitely want to stay here again in the future! Loved being able to be directly on the beach with chairs and umbrellas to rent. Also, loved the lounge chairs on the patio at the entrance to the beach. Several local restaurants and John’s Pass within walking distance.

It was an amazing place to stay Loved that it had a washer and dryer. The only complaint was the dishwasher was broke and had water in it so that smelled bad when we first opened it. So we just hand washed all dishes. But I would def recommend stay and would stay again. Maintenance man was nice and kept grounds super clean.

Unit 505 was very clean, has a beautiful and well equipped kitchen, spacious master w large tiled shower and a good sized balcony. Storage closet off balcony had several beach chairs and an umbrella which is a great convenience. Good laundry area ( a bit dark -could use a light in it). For larger parties just be aware that the 3rd bedroom is very small w 2 twin
beds and no closet. Would definitely stay here again.

We especially enjoyed the large screened porch for sunning and eating. Also, we enjoyed the lounges for guests that are on the beach, but not on sand.
It is a nice walk to John’s Pass to the south, and lots of restaurants to the north. It is easy to drive into St Pete.
