The dining area comfortably seats four, with additional stool seating at the counter for added convenience.

The master bedroom features a plush Queen bed, large windows with stunning golf course views, a TV, and a large attached en-suite bath for added privacy. The guest bedroom offers a Full bed and a Twin bed with TV, perfect for your family or friends. For your convenience, the unit also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Vista Verde East is a desirable gated golf course community offering a range of fantastic amenities. I would suggest this condo needs some TLC. Bath rugs need cleaned as well as dining room rug and living room rug. Also needs paint touchups for base boards and where counter chairs are located. Front door needs painted inside.

Easy Jumping Point to All!

We enjoyed our 10 day stay and the location was perfectly suited to riding bikes to Fort Desoto, heading to the Dali Museum, and beaching/dining in Passe-a-Grille. The pool was a pleasant place to read books in the sun and the residents were pleasant to talk to. A very comfortable stay!

Family Vacation Summer 2024

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and it was plenty of room with the second room having a full sized bed plus a twin. The townhome was clean and well furnished. The bathrooms were updated and clean also. The pool is very close to the unit but unfortunately was closed at night due to the lights not working. We were able to use the pool at the North units so it all worked out. The beach (Pass-A-Grille) is a short 5 minute drive away with ample parking all along the back of the beach. Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops are all within short drives of the apartment. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This was our second time at Vista Verde and we definitely recommend the area and this beautiful apartment.

Very Clean and Great Location

This was a very clean with a great location for walking, pool, and close proximity to beaches. BUT the first 4 nights we had a LOUD vibration and rattling over our Master Bedroom window which rattled very loud when the wind blew, to which moving into the extra bedroom was necessary to sleep. Reported it the first night. We were told it had already been reported by previous renter. Little to no sleep the next 3 nights. Wind died down so not sure it was fixed. Also listed golf as an amenity like pool, hot tub etc. Then we were told you have to get a membership at the private golf course, which has a waiting list for membership and costs thousands of dollars. Accurate advertisement should read "golf view." (Just noted the golf description has now been changed). Hope this saves others from disappointment.

Fantastic

Nothing short of fantastic. Very convenient location to all beaches, highway and shopping. We had an issue with the A/C and the property management had it resolved in a shorter time than we expected. They went above and beyond getting it resolved. A+++ . We will be staying here again :).
