The heart of this floor is a big open kitchen, featuring an island and a built-in desk/work space, all top of the line appliances and space for you to create your finest meals! The kitchen effortlessly opens to the dining area, creating a seamless flow for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings. Another outside deck area with seating extends off the living space, providing a perfect setting for al fresco dining. The living area has a cozy fireplace for you to relax in front of, it also has a full balcony extending across and facing West, the perfect perch to watch the amazing sunsets over the Gulf Of Mexico. The panoramic beach views from this balcony provide an ever-changing masterpiece that enhances the tranquility you will experience here! Perfect

Stunning home with a gorgeous ocean view and miles of walkable white candy beaches. Great restaurants within walking distance. Jaw dropping lyrics beautiful and so much room. Would like to have stayed another week or two.

Beautiful beachfront house with easy access to miles of beach. Easy drive to restaurants, grocery and attractions. Adjacent mini-condo was also clean, comfortable and convenient. We appreciated the beach toys left in the garage and a few spices in the kitchen.

I’m cautious to write this because it was so awesome I hate to give away the secret! Beautiful beachfront property, well equipped and updated. Large master closet that wasn’t shown is great if you have a little one that needs a quiet place for their pack N play. Had some beach equipment in the garage to use. Definitely a new favorite for our family. And close to a legit French bakery! A+

The location right on the beach is beautiful. I rented this as a reward incentive for one of my team members and her family. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Lovely, spacious home with a nice big kitchen. This spot on the beach is fantastic, very serene and peaceful.

Nice place. Beautiful design inside. Amazing master bedroom. Only thing missing is a pool but we made it work because the beach is outside your doorstep. Amazing sunsets from all balconies and out back. I would return.

Location!

Location is perfect. There have been a few updates to the property, but could use some more. Cons: Water pressure in Master Bath is weak and the handheld shower head does not work at all. Thermostats have a mind on their own, but we did get them to work just had to keep checking on them. Pros: Location is perfect. Parking is perfect. Beach access is perfect. House was clean and any questions were quickly answered.

Gorgeous place, horrible property mgmt communication

The property was gorgeous, views were incredible, beach was steps from the door, decor was beautiful, but the management company treated me as if I was a bother. Communication was extremely confusing. None of the info was added to the Vrbo app, so I called the number in the listing but because we couldnt get into the house. It was after 5 on a weekend I went to an answering service that told me to drive to an address 30 minutes away to get a check in packet. I was finally able to get a live body after waiting for 45 minutes in the driveway and was provided with the code to unlock the door…it had been texted to me exactly at 4, but was buried in a sea of other texts and I didn’t see it bc I wasn’t expecting it. I also asked several times for a late check out and everyone kept telling me it was too early to tell me that I could… when I finally got someone live the morning of my check out they said I was calling too late🙄 and I received a response to my online request 2 hours after my checkout time. The owners of the home should look into a new property management company…
