This next water park takes unique to a whole new level. The Floating Water Park is located in the Gulf of Mexico on Treasure Island Beach, which is a short six-mile drive from St. Pete’s. It features, blow up slides, trampolines and loungers which all float on the warm ocean waters.
This attraction is open March 15 – January seventh.

If you’re willing venture out a bit further, Adventure Island is definitely worth the 40 minute drive.
This massive 30-acre water park is just north Tampa and right across the street Busch Gardens Amusement Park. Adventure Island offers rides, slides, pools, splash pads and numerous dining options.
The park is open March 5- November 13 with days and operating hours varying per season.
